Allison was very energetic and always amenable to meetings no matter the time or place. She has been notably patient in dealing with us as we have looked at properties with her for more than four years and yet she never displayed any ill feelings for having the process be "unending." At the time that we made a final offer she was very helpful with providing counsel and with showing similar competitive bids, etc. Once the purchase was complete she was quite efficient at coordinating the seller's agent, insurance folks, and mortgage banker to get the sale consummated. I would recommend Allison without reservation and conclude by saying she was also personally helpful in keeping some items for us before occupancy - showing her generosity and doing "what it takes" to make sure her buyers were satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Allison again.

Great experience working with Melba who played a critical role in the successful sale of our investment rental property. She was extremely knowledgeable about property valuations in the area where our property was located. She networked with numerous brokers whom she had worked with previously and identified a cash buyer who closed on time and at our target price. I’m sure we will be working with Melba again and would recommend her to anyone needing professional real estate services.

Becky did a fantastic job selling our house at 519 72nd St. Holmes Beach, we were unable to be there in person because of the Covid 19 pandemic.
