We welcome the opportunity to provide our review of Sandi’s performance as our real estate agent. Being Canadian snowbirds, who were unable to travel to Florida , we were concerned with the logistics of selling our home: executing the paperwork; preparing our home and addressing any shortfalls uncovered during the inspection; what to do with our vehicle, furniture, personal effects; etc. We interviewed a number of real estate agents, explaining our circumstances and concerns to each of them. The decision to go with Sandi quickly became evident. She clearly communicated her understanding of our situation and fully embraced the opportunity to represent our interests including those tasks that are not normally expected as part of a real estate agent’s services. She really put us at ease. She staged our home beautifully and cost-effectively, and arranged for pre and post inspection repairs. She always made herself available and was present at every showing. She regularly communicated with us and provided knowledgeable, professional advice. Throughout the process Sandi performed well above expectations and was successful in getting our home under contract within 2 weeks at a price above asking from a qualified buyer, and with a very quick closing date. Upon closing she arranged movers to pack our belongings and bring them to a storage locker; she even accompanied them there. We have considerable experience in buying and selling properties and normally question the magnitude of real estate commissions. Not in this case: we were happy to pay the commission on this sale and feel that we received more than our money’s worth from Sandi. We had the pleasure of working with BJ Jones while living in Michigan and purchasing a condo in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. BJ was very responsive providing us with answers to any questions we had and providing information on the area to help us narrow down the areas we wanted to focus on. BJ made us feel like we were his only client by the way he responded to us and he made sure we were staying on track with what needed to be done in order to close in a timely manner. It isn't always easy working with out of state clients but he made us almost feel like we were buying local. We recommend him very highly!

IN MY RESPONSES TO ITEMS 1- 15 above it is so important to read this note: First, I am glad that Katie was PART of my real estate sales TEAM. She was quite helpful and had the proper technical skills to make things happen. I note for the TEAM: ..... Katie is a young agent who has the right sales attitude and is acquiring great skills at Harry Norman. BUT- my senior TEAMING agent - DAN EDWARDS was key to this sale as well - - - negotiating some of the significant points in this sale. He seems to be an excellent Mentor for Katie and they did team to keep me happy. Communications were top-notch during the entire process. The marketing photographs of the home were well done and a great marketing tool, BUT - it did help that the home (in its price point) was in good condition for sale. My Daughter is a high-end young Interior Designer and contributed heavily to staging the home. She knows and respects Dan and listened to his comments during the staging process. IMPORTANTLY: This was the fifth time I hired Dan Edwards to be involved in my real estate needs. I further note that I would AGAIN hire this team.

My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Debi on the search for our home in the Sawgrass community in Venice. Debi is by far the best realtor I have worked with. She is a real pro - - extremely conscientious, detailed focused and very efficient. Given the tight housing inventory situation in SW Florida and our list of criteria Debi "charged ahead" to find us our dream home even during tropical storm Iota! Debi explained detailed information and process steps often times anticipating my questions before I asked. Debi was very responsive to our inquires and concerns and fully represented our interests throughout the process.
