In early April during the recent Covid outbreak, my wife Vera and I were represented by Dan Freed of Michael Saunders as we made an offer to purchase a condominium in Botanica located in Palmer Ranch. This was the second time Dan represented us as he was the selling rep for us in 2015. Just as he was in 2015, Dan did an outstanding job for us. He was polished, professional, extremely knowledgeable, cordial, patient, and helpful from the first showing through the closing. He was always available and left no details undone. The Covid situation complicated many aspects of this process along with an eccentric and difficult seller and a realtor from another company that left many issues undone. Dan overcame every single hurdle with professionalism and class. Dan is a true professional and an outstanding representative of Michael Saunders.

A note to let you know how much we appreciated Bibi-Ann for all her professionalism and patience in our house hunt in Sarasota. We knew we wanted to live in Sarasota but did not have a realistic view of the market. She patiently showed us condo’s in the price range that we requested. It took us a while to finally realize that what one finds in that price range was not acceptable for us. We were looking for a good value that would retain the resale value in the future. She also helped us realize that the sooner we moved our hunt on the better we were going to be, as inventory is a bit low. She was correct and we found a condo that fit our needs. Her knowledge of all the buildings in downtown Sarasota and the surrounding area is impressive. Bibi-Ann helped us retain an excellent attorney for closing. She saw everything through to the end. We are thrilled with our new home in Sarasota. We will definitely call Bibi-Ann for our next move. Highly recommend her, and a lovely person to work with.

I have to say that I was very pleased with the purchase and especially Marci McFarland as my realtor. During the process, we were getting push-back from the seller not wanting to correct a permitting/hot water heater issue that he had created in the condominium. Marci was firm and held her ground against the seller, his son-in-law and their realtor, and refused to let them slide past the issue as they were trying to do. I was so impressed with her knowledge and resolve, and will definitely recommend her.

Honestly, the time and effort Jim has put in on our property exceeds any experience with a realtor I've ever had. He answers all questions, concerns quickly. Finds information, sets up appointments, and most importantly, treated us great.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude toward Yvonne and the work that she did to get our house sold. The process was impeccable and when it went to market everything was in place and showed to perfection. Who knew that a 1974 home could look so good. We listed on a Friday, had 3 asking price offers by Monday and it was closed 3 weeks later on a cash deal. She stayed in constant communication with us making sure we were doing the things we needed to do to keep the process rolling. She helped us with recommendations on contractors to complete the few items we needed to be done as part of the sale. As well as following up directly with those contractors to make sure she had what she needed for pictures and documentation. She helped us by providing a bit of staging decorative items, as well as even providing feedback on picking out light fixtures to replace some we were taking with us. She dealt with the seller's realtor by consistently being clear and concise with him, providing clear and pointed information specifically around the insurability of the home. She was able to do all of this while having to deal with the death of her brother-in-law. More importantly, she is a great realtor and an amazing human being.

We engaged Suki Scollo for listing and sale of a beach-front property on Siesta Key after discussing with her her level of expertise on the value and the general Sarasota real estate market. She was on target on how to get the best value from this property and has made a sale that made us very happy. She kept in touch with remote owners frequently, providing great recommendations and advice and kept all actions timely. Extremely satisfied.
