John was unbelievable in helping us achieve this purchase. We come from Massachusetts and had a very small viewing schedule and John set aside an entire day to not only bring us but drove us to many different properties that he and I narrowed down by emails and texts through pics and information. John actually had a property in mind for us that we did not choose during the email process, but John said that this property sounded like exactly what we were looking for but that the pics sent earlier didn't do the property justice. Boy was he right, we visited the sites my wife and I picked and he asked us to please give him a minute to show us what he thought fit our model. We not only loved it, we bought it. John made our process so much easier and kept our model in mind and I can't thank him enough. If he is representative of your staff then you have the best staff ever employed. I can't recommend Michael Saunders enough as the only Real Estate company that I would ever consider using.

I am writing to express what a wonderful experience I had working with Jaime Van Vliet on the purchase of my new home in Indigo. She helped me to feel very confident that I was in good hands, and that she would take care of any difficult situations that might crop up. She was there 15 minutes after she was called, and informed her that I was interested in buying this house. Her exuberance was infectious. She took over and discussed things with the agent for Neal Homes. From the beginning, I knew that anything that Jaime took care of for me, would go well. She and her Hubbie even showed up with a beautiful house gift for me, after I moved in. Jaime also represented my son when he bought a home in Central Park. That's when I first met her, and they also expressed how well Jaime took care of them.

My husband and I recently sold our condominium in Sarasota with the help of Judy Nimz. The first time Judy saw our unit, she found problems that we were able to fix prior to selling. Her attention to detail allowed us to remediate a larger mold issue that we were not aware of and that would have been a much bigger problem for a potential buyer. Once we had an offer, Judy was extremely helpful in getting us to closing on time. We greatly appreciate her expertise in getting our unit sold!

I just wanted to let you know that Troy helped my partner Leslie Bella and I purchase a lovely villa in Plantation. We found him, by chance, when we stopped in to talk about listings at the Plantation office and, although he was probably at the end of his shift, he took time to talk with us, showed us the villa that we ended up buying and took time to organize a number of other showings for us before we decided. He had a quick grasp on what we were looking for, was patient, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and punctual. He also has a great sense of humor. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. I can’t recommend him enough.

Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one! He is super responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the Bradenton market. He is a superb listener and truly helps you narrow down the best properties for your “wish list” in the most efficient way possible. Adam helped us close on new our house during the middle of the recent pandemic while we were out of state. He was literally our “boots on the ground” and made us feel so much better about a very unexpected situation. He went above and beyond in every way imaginable! Hannah was amazing to work with! She genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for you. She was very patient with us showing us numerous listings on multiple occasions. We were purchasing from out of state and she went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress free. Her communication was excellent. She was knowledgeable, organized, efficient, honest, and quick to respond. She was there when we couldn’t be and we fully trusted her to act on our behalf when it was needed. She has a great network of professionals to utilize which made things much easier for us being out of state. As a bonus, we got to know her husband George (also a realtor) and his perspective was very helpful. He also went above and beyond. We appreciate them both immensely. They made the process so much fun! We consider Hannah and George our first FL friends. I definitely recommend Hannah for any of your real estate needs. We were assisted by Mike Bruno in our search for a house in Sarasota, and we couldn’t be more satisfied of the service that he provided. Mike Bruno was recommended to us by another realtor from the Fort Myers area. He graciously spent time with us to educate us about Sarasota and its various communities and helped us visit some properties to develop a feel for the local housing market. Beyond his credentials and vast experience of Sarasota, what really impressed us was his ability to relate to us and his patience.This investment paid off since we ended up selecting Sarasota as our retirement location, and when we were ready to do some serious househunting earlier this year, we reconnected with Mike, and he assisted us through the process. Over the course of a week, he guided us through the selection of a property that we ended up transacting on in March of this year. We have gotten to know Mike through interactions with him over the last few months and have now come to consider him as a friend. We believe Mike is not only an excellent professional in his trade but also fundamentally a very good person.
