It was a pleasure to work with Richard Perlman during the purchase of our condo on Long Boat Key. He was very professional and went the extra mile to help us work through any issues. I have bought and sold more than my share of homes. This purchase in Sarasota was by far the smoothest. I didn't really know Richard but he acted that I was a friend. He is low key and no high pressure, Richard is the type of guy that just gets it done. He never kept me waiting and was always one step ahead of me. I would use no one else.

Richard is very capable and highly competent and we will not use any other realtor but him.He handled the specifics of the sale and informed us of every step. His skill as a negotiator is matchless because he knows the market thoroughly. The sales experience was simple because Richard understands our needs and he knows the market. He persuaded the seller to enhance the sale with the replacement of certain items I was very pleased.

My husband and I listed our bayside condo in Longboat Key, FL with Bobbie Banan in January 2020 hoping to find a home on the oceanside of the island. Since we listed our condo, COVID-19 happened, and my husband, myself and our only child have had to be treated for debilitating injuries or life-threatening illnesses. I have no doubt that if we would have had any other realtor instead of Bobbie, we would not have been able to sell our condo at this time. It would have had to have been taken off the market until our issues were resolved. Not only is she a gifted realtor, she knows every building on the island and which rules and regulations they require, and she kept us immediately informed of any issues or updates pertaining to our home. Bobbie went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. We were unable to do what was necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the property, due to being unable to travel, and Bobbie helped keep it spotless in our absence. She was even there to allow the movers in, and stayed there the whole time. Most importantly, although our condo was one of the least expensive homes on the island, we felt she treated us like we were her most important clients. Knowing Bobbie, I'm sure she treats all of her clients the same as she has treated us, which makes her so extraordinary. We are eternally grateful to her for all of the kindness, compassion, and her excellent service as a realtor.
