Helene is the best realtor we have ever worked with, bar none. We have worked with many realtors over the years as we've bought and sold numerous homes and Helene is superior to all of them in every category. High praise, but it's not an overstatement. She is an outstanding realtor and I'll never work with anyone else. We initially engaged her because of her thorough knowledge of the area. We met her at an open house and she listened to us and took the time to learn what we were looking for. She gave excellent advice every step of the way, educating us on all the different areas and options. She was very patient with us and never pushed us to buy. Once we found the right home Helene was fantastic. The market was very hot and she was extremely responsive. We could not have purchased our new home if Helene hadn't been so quick to pounce on our behalf when we were out of state. She contacted the seller within an hour of it hitting the market. She was the first to get in and meet with the seller. She "showed" us the home via Facetime that same day while we were in another state. She helped us put together a winning offer and we signed a contract within 24 hours while other buyers were still trying to get in and see the home. Helene showed tremendous skill and diplomacy throughout a long and sometimes contentious closing. When problems arose, and there were more than a few, she always remained calm and in control. She displayed a strong moral compass and unerring integrity at all times. Her negotiating skills, strategic thinking and diplomacy were essential and I was so glad to have her on my side. Helene is the consummate professional. She excelled in every phase of the process. We are very thankful for Helene. We wouldn't have such a lovely home if not for her.
