Lynda went above and beyond with helping us get our house sold. We moved out-of-state before putting our house on the market. Lynda kept us informed through the whole process, tidied up the whole house for us (since it sat empty for three months) and staged what furniture we had left there for photos and even attended closing in our absence. Our house had an offer in 1 week. We could not have made this happen without her! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house or to take care of a buyer's needs as well.

Kris is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the Sarasota/Manatee area, which was incredibly valuable as she guided me through negotiations for the purchase of my house -- and I got a great deal! But the work didn't end there, of course. There were several additional negotiations as we went through the home inspection process, and Kris was by my side every step of the way, providing counsel and laying out the options so I could make an informed decision. A consumate professional, she stands her ground with other realtors when needed, always maintaining a calm and logical demeanor. I would recommend Kirs to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
