BJ Jones was extremely helpful from the start. Coming from out of state, he helped us set up homes to see with an ever-changing list. He met us at the airport, and on our way to the first showing he had us on speakerphone, letting us know where things were located through the areas we drove. He helped us keep everything on schedule and followed up with any questions or concerns we had. He always was pleasant. I would recommend him to everyone (and we already have).

It felt as if Superman had entered my life! Courteous, funny, hard-working, completely thorough with the task at hand, he could not have done a better job! And, once having worked his magic to make a house that was in disrepair livable again, he got me way over the asking price. The sale was painless and super profitable.I would certainly recommend him and call him should I be in the market for a home in Sarasota.

Rebecca is amazing. She is extraordinarily patient, and let’s you come to your one conclusions about a property. She would make appointments same day for us and would get back to me very quickly. She had tipped me off about a community and she was right in that I absolutely love every aspect about how friendly and social the sub division is. I highly recommend her and Toma. She thinks ahead and is a very kind, patient person. You need that calm demeanor when dealing with real estate.
