We first met Debbie when we looked at the house we eventually bought back in March. We never imagined the house would still be on the market in June. As soon as we sold our house in Virginia we called Debbie and found the house was still available. We made an offer, it was accepted and the ball started to roll. We then found out that, coincidently, both houses closed on the same day. This made us nervous but Debbie assured us it could and would get done. And it did. She and others she works with made sure that both lenders and the insurance company were talking to each other and were in sync. We closed both houses on a Friday, the van showed up on the following Tuesday, unloaded and we began the process of moving into our Florida home. Debbie promptly returns phone calls and has a list of people for work to be done. We are now preparing our condo to be listed by her.

I had the good fortune to meet Phil Pisano in February 2019. At that time, I was interested in housing costs in the Venice/Nokomis area. He took my information and sent me listings that met my criteria. He sent me a note about six months later to just check in and let me know he was available whenever I was ready. In October, I became aware of a house that met most of my criteria. The listing agent wanted to represent the seller and me. I knew I needed someone In my corner, so I contacted Phil. Phil was there for me when I viewed the home, during the home inspection when I couldn’t be there and the follow up inspection. He was always willing to take my call or promptly returned my calls. He even answered my call when he was at an accident scene involving his mother and another driver. His knowledge of the area and what to expect made this process seamless. He quickly became one of my favorites. Thank you Phil for everything you helped me with and I look forward to meeting up again!

My husband and I worked with Gigi Kuster from afar, in the midwest, while in search of a second home (condo) in the Sarasota area. Gigi and I spoke immediately upon my contacting her and quickly created parameters for our initial requests - we had our profile together so we could begin to review available properties through the real estate portal. When we had more detailed questions about a property Gigi was incredibly prompt to respond which helped us narrow down our search options even further before our trip in town to visit. The day before we were to meet Gigi to see the selected properties, I called to cancel all of them as we drove by each of the condos we planned to look at with Gigi the next day and none of them were a fit based on location for us - we realized we needed to be walking distance to more action. We changed our search during the last 2 days of our trip in Sarasota and Gigi didn't blink an eye, she quickly changed course and provided us with updated properties to see before we left town. We found a property we were very interested in an area that was more fitting for our lifestyle and the rest is history and Gigi was able to set up a last minute showing for us before we left town. The inspection and close was seamless and Gigi has continued to assist us with recommendations of contacts to help us get our new place ready for our move in date. I would highly recommend Gigi based on our recent experience.
