For John Burkholder. He showed us every property we had any interest in. Due to the fact that we’re living 5,000 miles away, and a 6 hr time difference, we did all showings via FaceTime and John was alway conscious of the time difference. Closest thing to being there. He managed to help keep us on tract w both our property preferences and price range. We viewed a minimum of 10 properties, finally deciding on one of the last properties which he felt checked most of our boxes, and it did. After our offer price was countered by the seller, he kept us in constant contact, we were then able to make a counter which was accepted. John was my “boots on the ground” during home inspections, and other times when someone had to be at the property. I’m familiar with the home buying process and I never felt alone or handicapped (with my inability to be at the property) knowing John was representing my best interests. M Saunders has a very good reputation,(I looked into them prior to choosing them) and it’s no wonder if they staff their team w people like John. Mahalo!

I must tell you how grateful I am to have met Julie. She was referred to me by my next door neighbor. At the time I had interviewed and been unimpressed with several realtors. It didn't take long for me to realize she was The One who could work with me selling my condo in a time when condos are a glut on the market. She allowed me to wait out several months and showed a great deal of patience. When the real offer ( and thus ...the Real Work) came in she was on her vacation break. That did not impede her responsiveness or attention to detail one iota. She was supportive and attentive. I consider Julie a real treasure. She is honest, forthright, and knowledgeable about not only her houses but the market locally and really tries her best to make her people comfortable at a most uncomfortable time in their lives. I wish I had relocated years ago, but timing is everything in life, so I just feel grateful and Julie was a huge part of my personal and financial journey. She can be nothing but and asset to your most notable real estate company. You have the best reputation in the Sarasota area; yet, I wanted HER first and foremost. the reputation of your company was a great advantage but her personality and skill set came first. Pam was the absolute best at helping us find our new Florida home! She was relaxed, honest and very accommodating to our limited time schedule.
