No need to mention all the details that Tom took care of, I only need to mention what a great job that he did on my behalf. I used Tom on a condo that I recently sold and now I saw how he handeled the other side of a real estate transaction. With a doubt if the need arose I would contact him again, more importantly, I would strongly recommend Tom and Michael Saunders to anyone I know contemplation a real estate transaction.

Karen was an absolute professional during my relocation and home buying experience. She listened to my wants and needs, and then laid out the steps for us to narrow down a huge search area into a new neighborhood. Along the way, she shared her expansive knowledge about the Sarasota area restaurants, parks, beaches, and arts scene which provided a great basis for learning the area.
