Kathy was fantastic. She was the selling broker, and we were the buyer. Kathy navigated things beautifully to make the deal happen. Our conversations with Kathy went from March through getting the deal done in November. Our broker was not from Anna Maria so we have relied on Kathy to better understand Anna Maria, potential contractors, restaurants to try, finding a good fishing boat guide and on and on. Kathy has become a trusted broker, even though we were not her client. We had breakfast with her recently. If we do any more buying and selling on the island, it will be with Kathy! Bravo!

We were so blessed to have Suki come into our lives! We weren’t wanting to find a place in Siesta Key this year and we found our dream Villa! We move in March, 2020! We have found friends forever in Suki and Vince!

Gil Schulze recently worked with us in selling our property in Gulf Gate East. Gil went above and beyond our expectations. He tirelessly held open houses every Sunday (even on Mother’s Day!), was always available to answer all our questions, and advised us on our many concerns. We have been working with Fran and Pam for MANY years to find us a beach house on Anna Maria Island, one that met my very high standards, had good rental income and was less than $1 million dollars! Given that I currently do not live in Florida and have a very busy work schedule they worked tirelessly by sending me listings and planned to see properties at a moment’s notice when I was able to squeeze in a visit to the island. Despite the daunting task, they delivered on everything we asked for and we couldn’t be happier and cannot thank them both enough for everything they did to help us achieve our dream. When we are ready to sell our house, we will surely use them both again.

Bev was dogged in marketing the property and was adept at listening to my wants and needs. The closing was seamless, even though I was in a very remote area and had to hustle to retain someone to whom I could grant a power of attorney who could close for me in absentia. Beverly helped “grease the skids” as it were to move things along. I purchased this unit in 2003 with that help of another Michael Saunders realtor, JoAnn Thorpe, who, along with her husband Paul, became good friends.
