Dana represented us on the purchase of a second home, in Siesta Key. In addition to her detailed knowledge of the market, she provided excellent referrals for home inspections, insurance, renovation contractors and a dock contractor. She did not just text me the vendor information. Dana met them out at the house and coordinated pricing (and problem solving), on my behalf. I am in the real estate and construction business, in Michigan. In my 30 years of experience, I would put Dana on the short list of pro-active and highly effective real estate professionals.
