Keith has blown us away with his service. Has been there at every step . . . and often one step ahead. Just a fantastic experience working with him. If we sell the house in a few years, he'll be our first call. Keith knows the market, and more importantly, knows houses. He drew our attention to things we may not have noticed. Not pushy, but extremely knowledgeable. He seems to have an inexhaustible list of contacts to help with repairs and services, and works closely with them to make sure we get what we need. Other than a quick visit to Sarasota to view houses, the home buying process has been done remotely. We really dreaded this, but working with Keith make it easy. we never felt as though I didn't know what was going on. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Keith is very knowledgeable, courteous, honest, professional, great listener. You tell him what your looking for & he'll get you there. He is never to busy to answer your questions or your concerns. Keith and Wayne were awesome! I flew down to see properties that we selected from the personal portal set up for us. They blocked two days of their schedule to take me around and see the properties. They handled a good portion of our property purchase long distance while we were still living out of state. They communicated with us regularly and were always willing to listen and give supporting information. When we decided on our property, they got the ball rolling and the purchase and loan were handled long distances. We started our move to Florida and just had to wait for our unit to be completed and then close. We appreciated the constant communication and felt they watched over our interests and followed up on every detail. We highly recommend Keith and Wayne for any home buying experience.

I came from out of state to purchase property as part of a 1031 exchange. I have purchased homes in the past but I have never been involved with this type of purchase. Ken and Millie Walker made the whole process not only highly successful, but extremely stress free. Their dedication to their client's interests is evident in everything they do. As a Realtor, I would call Millie and Ken a Realtors Realtor! They are caring knowledgeable and took great care of my needs. When others dropped the ball, they picked it up and ran with it until my concerns were resolved. I highly recommend them and will to my own clients who relocate. Millie masterfully negotiated the exact price for purchase that I said I wanted. Only a real pro can accomplish and know how to achieve those results.
