We had a great experience selling our house with Millie and Ken Walker. They demonstrated a lot of knowledge on the process especially since we were working with a relocation company and were supportive all along the way. My wife Debi and I recently purchased the above address. We have been looking and renting in this area as well as south of here for the last two years. I actually met Laura Rulon, your agent, at an open house while renting in the area. We kept in contact and as she got to know us she really zeroed in on what we wanted. This is the 14th home that I have purchased/sold so I am no stranger to the process and I have always used a realtor on all of my transactions. Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area and tirelessly worked to find us our home. She is a great communicator not only in person but also remotely. In April, I decided to move back to Sarasota from California. I was only in town for a short time and wanted to look at homes in San Palermo, where I had lived before I moved.I called Kris and she lined up showings of the 4 homes that were available at the time. She has worked with me three times before...selling my mother's condo and purchasing/selling my last home in San Palermo. The purchase was a short sale and I know I challenged her with my impatience! She always stayed calm, kept smiling and talked me "off the ledge!"It's because of her professionalism that I keep coming back. I hope I never move again but, if I do, she will be my realtor.
