Let me start off by saying, during the listing of our home, my husband became very ill and passed away on January 16th. All through that time (listing, taking off the market, then putting it back on, then the sale), Susan was so very supportive that I cannot say enough about how she helped me through the process. This was a very difficult time and she worked me through all phases of selling, closing, and disposing of some furniture. Both she and her son were wonderful! I had to foreclose on a house in Sarasota. I live in North Carolina and because of commitments, I couldn't travel to Sarasota.The renovation process took a year. I had toxic mold due to a negligent roofer, and a host of other unanticipated problems. Michael Bruno helped me all through the process and then sold the house quickly. He was always positive, encouraging, diligent and a wonderful problem solver. Could not have done it without him. I think he is the best realtor in Sarasota, and I know about real estate having been a Sarasota realtor myself and a landlord.

My husband and I were talking about our move this morning. I asked him if we would use the same realtors again. The answer was yes--we both agreed that the partners of Stacy Haas, Gloria Bracciano and their team did everything possible to bring us a buyer. Moreover, once we moved into the pending phase, Gloria took care of scheduling all the inspections and repairs required. Closing Day was stressful, and both Gloria and Stacy worked into the night to finish the job. This house sold while others on the street were languishing, and we give The Luxury Living Group the credit. Please pass our gratitude on to them.

I want to give a shout-out to Judy Nimz. My wife Sara and I own a beach house on Casey Key but decided we wanted more access to Sarasota itself. On the recommendation of a friend from Minnesota who had worked with Judy, we contacted her back in November. At the outset, our search for a condo was not well focused, in terms of what we were looking for, whether we would sell or retain the Casey Key house, and many other questions. In those early months, there were few interesting properties available, and we found it difficult to narrow the search. The only viable option was the Epoch building on Palm Avenue, which didn’t even have the permits to begin construction; we nonetheless put down a deposit to reserve a unit there. But we didn’t like the idea of waiting 2 years for completion. Judy was infinitely patient, continued to show us condos that were listed, and worked her contacts to identify a number of condo properties not on the market, but potentially available. Seeing more properties helped us firm up our decision criteria (space, location, view, etc), and led us to cancel the Epoch reservation. Ultimately, we purchased an 18th-floor unit at the VUE and decided to keep the Casey Key place.Throughout the process, Judy was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She helped us locate a lawyer with condo expertise, and oversaw many details (condo inspection, repairs needed, etc.) prior to close. All in all, she was a joy to work with and a great asset for Michael Saunders & Company.

My husband and I decided to look for a vacation home in Florida. We live in New Jersey. We flew in one weekend and spent a day with an agent looking at properties. The next day we went on our own to open houses. At one open house, we met Lorraine Neal. We spent a few minutes talking with her and she was very informative as far as the different developments, what to look for, what to look out for etc. I felt she told us more in those few minutes than the agent we spent an entire day with. When we decided to return to Florida again to continue our search, I remembered Lorraine and we reached out to her. We literally spent 4 hours with her and we found a house and put an offer in. During the entire process from the offer being presented to the closing, Lorraine went beyond what any real estate would have gone. Being here in New Jersey during the entire process she made sure everything went smoothly. Besides guiding us thru the purchasing process, she also recommended vendors for me since I was not familiar with anyone in Florida. Again went over and above what a normal agent would have done. Even after the closing, she let me know that if we needed any help we could reach out to her. I feel you have a very special person working for you and definitely deserves the recognition for what she does for your clients.

Barbara did a fantastic job for us. She took the time to learn about our family and our needs. It wasn't easy to find the perfect home for us (we are very picky). Barbara stuck with us and found the diamond we were looking for. She was committed to finding the perfect house for us and she did. She guided us through the entire process from search, to offer, to negotiation, to requirements, to closing and finally to moving in. This is our second time working with Tammy. The first time we thought was great , however we are finding this time is even better. Tammy is extremely helpful once again. Leah has helped me get my home staged for the first showings and had an offer for me within hours of being listed. I was shopping at Costco when she called with the offer and I was able to do the signing online while sitting in Costco's furniture department. Never thought I'd be selling my home while shopping for paper towels. The inspection showed numerous small problems that she helped me arrange for professionals to fix to the satisfaction of the buyer. She was at the house instructing the shrub trimmer guy in just what was needed. She has been helpful in each step of the way so far and I expect everything to go smoothly at the closing because of her attention to detail.
