This past February while wintering in Siesta Key we reached out to Suki Scollo, whose name we received from a person that knew her. My husband and I had an extremely positive experience. We were very green in our knowledge of purchasing a second vacation home. Suki was very patient in answering our endless questions. Suki was always available and showed us many properties. We commented to her numerous times how she seemed never to take a day off. She listened to our wants and needs so was able to contact us about only properties that we would be interested in. There was no wasting our time with listings out of our price range or simply would not work. We ended up having to leave Florida without finding a property but two weeks later Suki contacted us about a new listing that we might possibly be interested in. She visited the property, along with her husband Vince whom we had grown to trust also with his observations. They took meticulous videos and photos. We ended up feeling comfortable enough to submit an offer without ever seeing the property in person. The counteroffer needed to be negotiated on a Saturday night while we were at a family wedding in Ohio. With another party, seemingly interested Suki acted quickly to make sure we got it. We can’t say enough good things about Suki, both professionally and personally. We flew in for the closing and she made sure we had everything we needed. In the end, there is not one thing we can think of that Suki could have done better. She’s the best and we will recommend her to others without hesitation.

Catherine Nichols was of the best. From the first time on e-mails from Florida to us in Massachusetts, she was always serving us. When we met her in Florida we were very pleased with everything she did for us. We knew that she was the right person for us. By the time that we were able to find the home for us in FL, Catherine went to all the necessaries that had to be done. I was, at times, nervous with various things and she always came through. I believe that she is a person that you are very lucky to have. Both my husband and I were very pleased in every way. She is a very professional person.

It was such a pleasure to have Tina and Brigitte Von Kessel as my real estate brokers on the two transactions that I had with your company. They were extremely helpful in every aspect. Buying the house and selling the apartment seemed effortless. They were helpful in supplying vendors in an emergency such as with a leaky roof. It was never a problem for them at any time to come to my aid. Not only were they personable but extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that is interested in selling their apartment or home.It was a pleasure working with them.

On April 26 we closed on the purchase of our new home. I was represented by Marta Altizer. Marta worked very hard to help me to successfully purchase the house, but more importantly, she helped me in every way possible to solve the inevitable problems which arise. I am convinced that Marta only offers advice when she knows what she is talking about. The selling agents were also very helpful in working out several issues after the sale. I could not have asked for more help.

In 2005, I started looking at investment properties on Siesta Key. I came across Maria, somehow, and we have been friends ever since! I had a million questions back then. I looked at many, many properties, all online. I wanted details/cash flow info/rent rolls/ etc in order to determine the ROI and overall affordability. Maria never wavered in her patience, and she consistently provided all the requested materials along with sound advice on location, resale values, and HOA intricacies. Most realtors would have stopped taking my calls after the first few months. I looked for a long time (6+ months) before deciding on a 1 Br-1 BA condo in Bay Oaks. Fast forward to 2019, and Maria has guided me through 11 different buying/selling transactions on Siesta Key. The most recent one was one of the most difficult transactions I have ever been associated with, and I am sure Maria would agree. I think the world of Maria. Her integrity is beyond reproach, instilled by an ethical company named Michael Saunders & Company.

During a February trip to Venice, we attended several open houses. We learned of a Villa unit in Waterside Village that was for sale by owner from the clubhouse bulletin board where we were staying. A couple of days before we were to leave we arranged a showing for the day before our departure. We loved the unit and on an acquaintance's recommendation contacted Magda Whelton, who met with us on very short notice. We engaged Magda to act as our representative, made an offer and left the next day to return to our home in California. Magda handled the transaction from then on in our absence. This involved arranging for the home inspections, including coordinating with our friends to be present during the inspection and provided additional information and support to get utilities, a wind mitigation certificate for hurricane insurance purposes, attended the closing and mailed us the key to our new property. Magda's knowledge, support, constant attention to details and communication were exceptional in allowing us to make the purchase. We visited our new Villa for a week in mid-May and loved it!
