My wife Pat and I became interested in Lakewood Ranch. We went on the Michael Saunders & Company’s website and reviewed all the agent’s resumes, and were drawn to a customer review for Beth Pheney.I don’t think we were prepared for the vast scale of Lakewood Ranch and the number of neighborhoods. Beth took the time to educate us in the character of each of the various neighborhoods, letting us draw our own conclusions as to whether the features were positives or negatives. When we were not sure if a particular neighborhood was right for us, she made an appointment with the General Manager of that Clubhouse, so we could better understand what the club offered. Beth showed us the properties that we expressed interest in, as well as arranging to view properties she thought we might find appealing. Over the period of a few months, we probably viewed twenty-five properties in total. During the entire process, she always listened to us and never tried to talk us into anything. She made us feel that finding the right house was more important to her, than just completing a sale quickly.Having purchased numerous houses, as well as properties for our business, we requested much more information than the average buyer. We are NY residents and were looking to call FL our new home. We started working with Priscilla via a referral from our current agent’s office. During our initial phone conversation, Priscilla took the time to speak to me and gain full feedback on what we were looking for in a home. Our plan was to travel to FL within the next few months to look at home inventory and build up a list of homes as we marched towards our arrival date. During that time, I received continuous feedback from Priscilla on the properties we were considering and she was very timely in her responses. Fast forward to our arrival in FL, Priscilla’s schedule was flexible to meet ours and took out the needed days to not only take us to the homes we selected but also through the towns to help us get acclimated as well as providing a wealth of knowledge on both the area and school districts. As you may be aware, purchasing a home while living in another state could prove to have many challenges. This being our now third home purchased, I can say with full confidence that it was the most streamlined and easiest purchase we have made. We were lucky enough to get into the beautiful community of Gran Paradiso and purchase one of their new homes directly from the builder. We are scheduled to be in FL in July and can't thank Priscilla enough for her guidance in making this happen for our family.

Our experience with Daria Spina could not have been better. From the beginning, Dariawas pleasant, informed, reliable, efficient and smart. We feel we have made a friend for life.Daria has been helpful beyond just showing us houses; she has given us suggestions about where to go and the who's and why's of things. We are from CT and had vacationed in Sarasota several times. I first spoke with Daria in 2018 about March rentals in the area. She was so friendly and really helped me get a lay of the land before handing me off to Jaime Barcelo. When we decided we wanted to "take a look" at properties in Bird Key, we thought immediately of Daria. We told her we were just looking and didn't want to waste her time. Daria treated us no differently than if we were definite buyers. She put together a day of seeing homes and was honest, fun and informed about the area. She even took us to the Bird Key yacht club for a tour, which honestly, probably sealed the deal for us wanting to be in this area. (Smart move on her part!) From start to finish, Daria has been there for us and answered even the silliest of questions or helped us work through issues. Not being from the area, we feel like we have someone who is watching our backs and investment. We will be sure to recommend Daria to our friends when they visit us in Sarasota and realize what a great place it is.

I am a repeat customer of June Howell and Michael Saunders & Company. I could herein lavish praises on June, praises she rightfully deserves, but let me just say each time we have dealt with her she treated us as if we were her only customer, which I know was not the case. In fact, our property was dwarfed in terms of value to others.

I would be honored to share my experience with Beth Wietrzykowski, as she was my realtor for the purchase of my Florida Property. Beth worked with me, having much patience, to find the perfect place within my budget for my second home. We worked for 1.5 yrs. + and then I was ready! What I appreciated the most was Beth’s energy and knowledge of the business! I’m from the Detroit area motor city madness, and working with someone having that much energy with quick results was so much my style. Beth is great at what she does, and even now, if I have a question, she responds. I will be her pain in the behind for the rest of my FL purchases, along with recommending Beth to anyone I know looking for FL property!

Our property search began in 2015 with Pat Mudgett.At that time, we were looking at a few different towns on the Gulf coast. Pat was incredibly helpful and informative about the Sarasota area. This was so important to us and it definitely encouraged us to seriously consider Sarasota. Pat was kind and extremely patient through a few failed offers over the next 3 years. She was always ready to look at properties for us and film her visits when we couldn't get down to Sarasota from our home in Illinois. We began looking at properties in earnest at the beginning of this year.We met up with Pat and her daughter Mackenzie to focus our search on The Landings.At that point, Mackenzie became our primary contact.It was a seamless transition and we always felt we could contact either person and be accommodated. Mackenzie was knowledgeable, thorough and completely accessible,three things that are extremely important in a realtor. She guided us through our purchase and followed up with the many parties involved when buying a condo. And she has continued to help us out during our renovation projects. There is no reason for her to do this. It is a reflection of the true professional that she is. We will certainly recommend Pat and Mackenzie to anyone looking for property in Sarasota,just as they were recommended to us by our friends, the Grossmans.

Having just completed an intensive three day viewing of homes in Venice with Stuart and Laura Lawrence, we can state unequivocally that they are the best Realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Brenda knows Cross Creek as well as anyone in Atlanta being a resident there for so many years. She knows every property on the market, every sale and her expertise in pricing was extremely valuable. She offered advice as to where to price it depending on how quickly I wanted to sell it, and also offered advice to me in case I wanted to spend a little extra money on certain upgrades to then list it at a higher price to make a little more money on the property which I declined. So everything she predicted came true and we sold it faster than I imagined and got a little more money than I was anticipating. Her communication during the process was superb as well! So I am very happy with Brenda and would definitely use her again!
