My husband and I decided we would like to try something a little different for the winter and head south. We had no idea which coast of Florida but friends gave us a few recommendations. We spent a week traveling and while in Tampa I told my husband I think we need to go back to Sarasota. Rodney and I loved Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and the Sarasota area. So we headed back. Luckily, we happened to drive by your office in Longboat Key and just decided to turn in even though we were looking for a rental. This is where I feel Kathy was our “Little Angel”. She happened to be working around the front desk and offered to help. Even though she is in sales she said she would be glad to take our information and pass it on to your rental person. We left with a Michael Saunders folder, a few places to ride by, and a promise she would be back in touch. From this point, Kathy made it her mission to find us a home for the winter. She called me the next day and found out we had started back to North Carolina. Kathy said I will look into a few places for you. She found three condos and face timed me while she walked through so I could see them. Kathy found the perfect condo for us! She negotiated the price and everything we needed to complete the lease. This is our “Happy Ever After” ending. We loved Longboat Key! We played tennis, rode bikes, enjoyed restaurants and all the things that the area has to offer. Kathy kept in touch during our visit. We decided this was a special place and we needed to come back. Kathy showed us many properties and finally, the right condo with the most awesome view came on the market! We made a couple of trips back to Florida. Rodney and I are so happy to have our “Little home with the view”. It’s all because of Kathy Callahan. Kathy goes beyond her job description. Not only was she a wonderful realtor for us, I feel like I have a special friend. It was a true blessing turning into Michael Saunders and being greeted by Kathy.

Lindsay was the realtor who helped me purchase a lovely little bungalow in the Sapphire Heights neighborhood of Sarasota. I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay. This was our first encounter with each other and I hope it won’t be our last! Lindsay was on top of the entire transaction and made the purchase go very smoothly and easy for me. She communicated with me regularly, answered all of my questions, gave sage advice regarding my initial offer and helped me navigate closing, etc. She even recommended a landscaper and a handyman. Lindsay went above and beyond what I’ve experienced with previous realtors. She is bright, hardworking, and extremely competent. Years ago when we bought our first property in The Plantation Cindy showed us approximately 15 properties on a scorching hot day. What a trooper...Most recently we listed our property with her to sell. She went above and beyond any realtor I have ever dealt with. She was pulling weeds, meeting with contractors and inspectors, anything we requested she was up for the task. It was comforting to know she had our back when we were miles away in Iowa. She did not pressure us to lower our asking price and kept us informed of activity and inactivity during the time it was on the market. She was truly professional and I would not hesitate to use her again or refer her to a friend.

We recently had Erin Halstead represent us in the purchase of three building lots. She was also involved in the sale of a property we owned and then she represented in the purchase of another home as well. What made these deals so unusual is that we live in Maine. Erin stayed in constant contact with us to keep us informed of what was happening in each of the purchases and sales. She was incredible!! We had our complete trust in the guidance and advice she gave us on all of the purchases and sales. She even allowed us to have deliveries to her office for items to go in the new house. She met with the contractor, sent videos, and constantly kept us involved during the building process. I would highly recommend Erin and plan to continue to use her in more real estate transactions in the future.
