Things have settled down for us since our closing on April 18, 2019. As you know, there were manydetails to take care of for our new home both before and after closing. You enabled us to do theclosing remotely - you were literally our eyes and ears throughout this process.Among a myriad of other things you helped us hire a pool maintenance company, enter into a pestcontrol contract, obtain an existing survey and many, many other tasks. In fact, we are planning tovisit our ‘new’ home on May 13, 2019, for the first time. We are writing to inform you how much we appreciated having Amy Chapman serve as our realtor. We feel as if we couldn’t have found a better person to represent us in our search for our permanent Florida home. She really kept on top of things and whenever a problem arose she took charge and got it resolved quickly. Near the end of the process, we were on our way from Illinois with our belongings and hadn’t yet closed on the home and Amy made sure we closed on the anticipated date even though the loan company kept throwing us curveballs. We would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor dedicated to the home buyer through the whole process which at times can be a trying but rewarding experience. Kudos to Amy!!

My husband and I purchased a condominium in Sarasota in March. Kathy Callahan was our agent and she was excellent! She went over and above and walked us through every step of the process. I purchased a condo for a winter retreat. I was fortunate to have Tara Lamb and Judy Greene to help.I was in Sarasota very briefly and was able to find a condo that is great within four days. I was amazed at the effort and efficiency which made my life easier. Tara is a warm person who listened to me and went way beyond the call of duty. This was an excellent experience.

Our realtor, Pam Wall, gave us outstanding service while listing our house. She was very knowledgable about all aspects of real estate and answered most of our questions immediately or found the answers for us within a day or two. (Since the realtor for the buyers was new, frequently she even spent time educating her about different aspects of the real estate business.) Pam, along with her husband Bob, spent many hours explaining Florida real estate laws, the many forms we had to sign, and what was required to make the house more appealing to buyers. She spent many hours with us and made the sale of the house much less stressful with her many suggestions. With her expertise and ability to see everything from both the sellers' and the buyers' point of view, the house sold quickly. Having a quick sale was wonderful since we no longer had to keep everything spotless and leave the house for prospective buyers!
