Monica is an awesome agent!! She definitely goes above and beyond what agents do. We had many different snags with the house that we were getting and she was there with not only a plan but with a plan “b” as well to make sure things go smoothly. She not only help set up everything that needed to be done but also showed up to everything. This was great because she had so much knowledge that we had not thought about or thought to ask about. When we finally closed on the house she continued to help us with getting the house ready for us to move into. I’m happy to not only call her my agent but my friend as well. We will be using her to sell out current home once we move into our new place.

We have worked with Kristina on four separate occasions over the last three years. Kristina helped both my mother and mother-in-law find their respective Florida condos. In April of this year we listed our home with Kristina, as well as leveraged her services for the purchase of a new build with Lennar. I cannot speak highly enough of Kristina. I was immediately impressed by how prepared she was for our very first meeting, and each subsequent meeting. Kristina will show up armed with all of the analytical data and creative insight to help you make the best decision possible whether you are purchasing or selling, or as in our case, both. She will tell you like it is, and is a straight-shooter. Once we listed our home, Kristina didn't stop there. She put into place a comprehensive marketing plan that included marketing collateral, professional photography and professional staging. As a certified home-stager, she knows her stuff - and she rolls her sleeves up to help you stage your house with you. It was actually fun to clean out my closet with her :) We had an offer on our home in less than 36 hours - 99% of asking price, cash. When we experienced a life-changing event during the build-period of our new home, Kristina was by our side to help us figure out our options and support us as we made our decisions. I could not recommend a realtor anymore strongly than I can recommend Kristina. You will not regret working with her. You may regret NOT working with her, though! :)

Helene was fantastic to work with. The market "softened" just as we put up our late Mom's home for sale, but she persevered! There were a few hiccups along the way, and every time Helene stepped up and took care of the problem, with little fanfare. We would definitely recommend Helene to someone else!
