It is with great pleasure that I tell you that I had a wonderful experience listing my apartment & also buying an apartment with your agent, Rachel Benderson. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and available despite giving birth to her second child while servicing me. My purchase of an apartment went very smoothly and when my existing apartment was listed, while I was traveling abroad, it was shown and the first week on the market was sold to the 1st people who saw it. Additionally, Rachel undertook all the responsibility of the procedures following a sale, even closing on the apartment while I was away. She has followed up with offers of advice and help and I highly recommend her to all who are looking for an agent.

I was introduced to Doug by mutual friends. Doug identified properties for me and communicated changes in the market to me at my home in La Jolla, CA until January when I made an offer. He anticipated my needs and was always available to answer my questions. He made me feel that he is genuinely a friend. I believe it has been at least six times perhaps, even more, Ken and Sue have assisted me with sales and/or in purchasing a home. I would imagine my confidence in them is best expressed by the repeated calls to them for their assistance. Ken and Sue are a lively couple who reflect professionalism and confidence. As well, they are warm and when you're dealing with them, you feel you are with friends. I am not prone to gushing but truly want to let them know how very much I appreciate them and have over many years.

He did and is doing an excellent job, having sold us 1537 Monarch Drive and getting the listing for 864 Saranac Lake Drive (WSV), which has been showing several times. I wanted to take a few minutes to praise Susan Katanic for an exceptional job selling my home. Susan went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sell my home for top dollar. Susan help me arrange my furniture and stage my house to perfection. When we had a customer I decided not to purchase, Susan took it upon herself to send a lengthy email to the buyers' agent explaining in detail the pros of purchasing my home instead of shopping around.Once the buyer saw the detail explanation, we were set to close!Susan is a huge asset to your organization and she should be recognized for her attention to detail and customer service.I have personally recommended Susan to 4 of my neighbors and she has sold every one.
