We had a fantastic experience with Joanne in selling our house! She was accurate in pricing our house so it would sell in a timely manner. Joanne worked hard in marketing and showing our house. She communicated all showings with us so we had the feedback needed. Most of all, she is ethical with integrity in her approach with her sellers and buyers. I highly recommend Joanne as a realtor in selling or buying a house!!

When we met Kelly right away we could see she was not your average real estate agent! She listened to us as to what we were looking for. We are working with Kelly and she has been very patient in our search for a Sarasota home. While my wife was ill on our vacation to Sarasota Kelly went out of her way and brought Joyce some soup. This speaks volumes to what a great person Kelly Castro is!
