Marcia Salkin sold our house in a week. It's a beautiful house on Siesta Key - that had been for sale for three years. Each of those years there had more favorable sales figures than when the house did sell, but somehow we were out of the loop. We were so pleased working with her because she did everything she could to take care of the details and at the same time give us as much input as we desired. We can't recommend her more highly!

Dear Ken & Margo,I know it is hard to believe it has been a year since I moved into my new house. I can honestly say I look back on the whole process with great fondness. I have come to realize that you not only have to know your profession but also be an advisor, a psychologist, a life coach, whatever it takes! As a widow, selling a house you have been in for 22 years and purchasing a new house is fraught with anxiety. But you and Margo brought me through with flying colors! I can’t say enough good things about Gigi! She is a highly attentive agent, savvy, personable and knows the Sarasota market and neighborhoods inside and out. Gigi is also super generous with her time, responds to all calls, texts and emails promptly, and was able to smoothly and quickly guide us through the entire home buying process. We first talked on the phone to discuss what we were looking for and our budget. In advance of visiting Sarasota, Gigi sent us to online listings so we could preview properties and to get sense of what we liked. When we met for our first outing, Gigi had a binder prepared with copies of each listing we were seeing, maps and each day’s schedule of properties. This was extremely helpful as I was able to take notes and keep track of each house we saw. As Gigi got a sense of the properties I liked, she revised the schedule accordingly and added/subtracted listings to make the best use of time. In 3½ days Gigi showed me over 35 properties! Then when my husband arrived in town, we returned several times to the houses on the short list. End result - we found a perfect house in six days, and Gigi was key in getting our offer accepted and the contract signed within 24 hours. Gigi then helped schedule and attended various inspections, interacted with the owner to resolve open issues (since the owner didn’t have a broker), assisted with the title insurance process and got us to closing in three weeks. We had a great experience with Gigi and highly recommend her!
