Wanted to say what a great experience it was working with Ryndie Brusco on the recent purchase of our home in Mallory Park. Additionally, Ryndie worked with us on the sale of our prior home in Three Oaks (off of Proctor) in June of 2018, which was on the market for only 6 days! I must say that the total buying experience was quite incredible, & something that we have never before experienced.To say that Joan & Beth were helpful would be an understatement. From start to finish, they pushed the boat out, & even now, one month after we bought the apartment, they continue to assist & deal with any problems, no matter how small, we come up against.Congratulations to them both. They deserve to be recognized for the exemplary service they have given us!

Just a quick note to, once again, to thank you for your capable assistance with our most recentthe transaction with you & Michael Saunders Co., in the sale of our condo on Siesta Key. Your assistance two years earlier with the purchase of the same condo, was also most appreciated. Your professionalism was always evident. The purchaser and sale of our other condo, several years ago, was also executed by both you and Michael Saunders & Company, in a very professional way. However, I think you definitely went above and beyond in attending to our defunct refrigerator, with cleanup, in that transaction. I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking to sell, or buy, a property in the Sarasota & surrounding area.

Mr.Troy Haynes was the agent who handled our recent purchase and had provided many listings prior to us actually buying this home. I am talking about several months. The process went very well with Mr. Haynes guiding us all the way. Almost daily. We had never purchased a home via electronic signing and surely did not understand the process. As they say, patience is a virtue and Mr. Haynes is to be commended for his knowledge and professionalism during the entire transaction. At one point after the home inspection, Rosemary and I decided that repairs to the property were too much and told Mr. Haynes to cancel the contract. We had actually signed the required papers for the cancellation. But, after presenting the cancellation to the seller, he was able to negotiate a better deal that was acceptable. The personnel at the mortgage company and closing were absolutely great. I can't say enough about Lou Davis. What an asset. We are still in Kentucky but hope to relocate in a month or two. So, we are very satisfied with all involved and would highly recommend Michael Saunders.
