Susan Elkins is an excellent Realtor. We had a very complicated closing of both sides. The problem was roofs. She perservered and gave excellent service and even recommended the bank for the mortgage. All in all I would say she did excellent jobs on both transactions.

Kristina never stopped working to help me find the perfect place to live. She was so patient, professional and caring and showed me at least 15 places or more until I found my perfect home. She showed me 8 places on a Sunday including the beautiful place I now own. She never stopped being there for me to make sure everything went smoothly all the way through to my closing. She continued to follow up and make sure everything was done on time even while she was on vacation in Europe. She came to the closing to help support me and answer any questions. She made what could have been a stressful process so easy and stress free. She is the best realtor in town!!!

Just closed on our house today and could not have done it without Philip. Being first time homebuyers, we did not know what to expect, Philip was not only patient with us, but extremely informative. He was always quick to respond to texts, emails and phone calls and genuinely cared about our “mental well-being “ throughout the entire process. Just having him around, whether it was doing a walkthrough, dealing with the loan process or signing off at closing, he always put us at ease. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
