We feel so fortunate that Ryndie Brusco was our realtor when we were looking for a home in Florida. We are from Wisconsin and will permanently relocate there. Due to this we had only limited knowledge of the differences in real estate between Wisconsin and Florida. We settled on meeting w/Ryndie down in Florida over a weekend. We anticipated meeting and looking at houses for a couple of hours on 1 of the 2 days. We are not naive enough to think that we are Ryndie’s only clients. However that weekend Ryndie spent the entire day Saturday and a large portion of Sunday driving us in her vehicle all over the greater Englewood area, including multiple trips south toward Rotonda Circle. This whole area is nearly an hour south of her main area. She answered our many questions and was a wealth of valuable information. Megg and her husband Ralph did an outstanding job of representing and selling my home in Holmes Beach. They simply did a super job in preparing the house to make it attractive in all respects. The photos, both aerial and ground level, were very professionally done and showed my house in the very best light. Their marketing was outstanding! Megg and Ralph thoroughly researched the market in order to arrive at a recommended price that was realistic in all respects and resulted in a very fast sale at an excellent price. I was very impressed by their friendly professionalism and commitment to do the best job possible in representing me as the seller and closing the sale with the buyer. Christine is a knowledgeable real estate agent who is very easy to work with on a purchase of a new home. She was thorough with her folllow up documents and always answered emails, phone calls, or texts immediately. Christine is also extremely personable and we really enjoyed working with her!

I wanted to take a few minutes to praise Susan Katanic for an exceptional job selling my home. Susan went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sell my home for top dollar. Susan help me arrange my furniture and stage my house to perfection. When we had a customer I decided not to purchase, Susan took it upon herself to send a lengthy email To the buyers agent explaining in detail the pros of purchasing my home instead of shopping around. Once the buyer saw the detail explanation, we were set to close! Susan is a huge asset to your organization and she should be recognized for her attention to detail and customer service. I have personally recommended Susan to 4 of my neighbors and she has sold every one. Susan currently has another listing In my neighborhood that I referred to her. Once again, kudos to a true professional!!

Suki was actually the listed realtor for the seller on the property we purchased. We could not have completed the transaction without her. She is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, nicest and intelligent realtor (person) I have ever dealt with.

Helene is gifted at what she does. We engaged Helene to sell our home in circumstances that were complex and challenging. Helene never missed a beat. She went above and beyond to market the property and bring buyers to the table, and helped structure a transaction that worked for all parties. Furthermore, she went out of her way to put all the pieces in place to ensure a successful close.
