When we first started our search for a realtor, we wanted to sign on with the best. Tama did everything she said she would do. Between this being an estate sale and my brother and I residing in Ohio there were quite a few loose ends. Her approach to the matter was a "let's get it done mantra". We would recommend Tama and your company to anybody going through an estate sale.

Monica gave me a tour of Sarasota when I came to interview for a job. She then helped me get a rental home when I decided to move to Sarasota. She went above and beyond, taking videos of the house since I was unable to travel back to see it prior to moving. It was very reassuring to know she was taking care of things. She then helped me when I decided to buy my house. She was always available to show me homes in Sarasota. She knows the area so well and could point out the little things that become important when buying a home. My closing turned out to be the week after Hurricane Irma. The bank would not close without a second inspection after the hurricane. She managed to get the home reinspected in time for closing! I then moved to Arizona and Monica took care of everything for the sale of my home. She got it staged beautifully, she arranged for a landscaper and took care of maintaining everything after I moved. The house sold within 2 months and the closing process was seamless. I so appreciate everything she did for me. She is truly an outstanding realtor. I have worked with a number of other realtors and they have never come close to the attention and care I received from Monica. I am afraid no one will ever quite measure up to her standards.

My Wife and I just settled in November on our new home in Nokomis. We worked with Robin Sullivan. Robin guided us for almost 4 years as we pursued our dream property. This encompassed multiple days of house hunting (when we visited the area) and two other offers that fell through or were turned down. Robin's professionalism never wavered despite the rise and fall of emotions experienced by my Wife and I. Her attention to detail was ever-present. Ultimately, we purchased a property listed by your company. Without the longstanding relationship with Robin, we may have never been there to make the purchase as the house may have only briefly been listed. We are still a few years away from moving to Nokomis but now have the comfort of knowing we have our spot picked out and ready for us! Nicole Ryskamp represented me in what turned out to be a complicated home sale as well as a slightly unorthodox home purchase. Jennifer Thompson should BE agent of the year. She went way, way out of her way to make our buying experience as easy as possible. She should recount to you what the experience was like. Jennifer really helped us with our emotions dealing with a difficult seller. We were ready to forget the purchase and leave Florida for good and she always came through or said the right thing to make us stay. I asked her why she is doing this for us and her reply was “because that is what I do”. She really held her composure through the whole ordeal which is more than I can say for myself. Again if she isn’t the Realtor of the Year, I will be very disappointed. She truly, truly does deserve it. Thanks for letting us recount our experience with Michael Saunders & Company.
