Working with Michael Saunders & Company, and especially Linda Holley, was indeed a very positive and seamless experience. Linda worked very hard and tirelessly to make things happen for us, especially since we were in NJ most of the time. She helped us find our beautiful home and was with us every step of the way. Her knowledge of how and when to do the things that need to be done was comforting to us since we had to depend on her for so many things. She seemed more like a friend than an agent but was always very professional. Linda was there for us 24/7 and you can consider her an exceptional agent. Linda was also the agent for my sister June and her husband Chick and helped them with their purchase of a condo in our same community. They actually moved here 3 months before we did because the condos were already done and we had to wait for them to finish building our home. I know I can speak for my sister saying the same things I wrote above in regards to their experience with Linda. She is a "keeper".

Our condo, at 7907 St. Simons Street, University Park, FL., is the second property that we listed and sold with Michael Saunders & Company, whom we consider to be the premier company in the area. Equally of importance to us is our agent, Beth Ann Boyer, who actively worked on the sale of our previous residence and thus the reason for listing with her on this home. She is a dedicated and thorough agent in all aspects of the listing and selling process, always going that extra mile! We appreciate all her help and now also, consider her not only as our agent but a friend. If we were going to continue living in Florida, we certainly would only consider Beth Ann and Michael Saunders & Company for a future purchase.

Linda helped us find a condo that we liked and that met our needs. She was willing to take the time and show us multiple locations/condos so we were sure our choice wss the best one for us. She is knowledgeable about the area and the ultimate professional. Understood what we needed to do for a 1031 Exchange. Highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Erica! She goes above and beyond for her clients. As a buyer she listened in order to know what we wanted and delivered. She will find homes before they are online that she knows is the right fit and send over. Erica equals action not just talk.

Erica is awesome. She is a true professional. She goes the extra mile to help with your home search. Erica is very accommodating and really listens to find what you are looking for.
