My husband and I needed to sell an investment home and fast! We were not interested in paying extra monthly carrying charges while the home was vacant. We had three realtors lined up for interviews and were open to more if needed until we found the right one. And Tom and Ingrid were the right ones. They were our first interview and no other was needed. We were stunned by their immediate and strong response to our requests...best price in this crazy economy, deal with a renter who was moving out and close in 30 days. Nothing difficult in these demands. And I must say how very truly impressed I was with the dead-on pricing evaluation that was presented. As a retired realtor myself, I had been watching the market for over a year in anticipation of this sale and had a fair sense of things. I was not interested in wasting my time! Tony kept us posted frequently as to the progress of the home that we were building, even sending us pictures. He often asked if there was something he could do to help us during that time. At the final walk-through, he was there. He found several major things that needed remediating, things we hadn’t noticed. We will forever be thankful for his expertise.

If every agent and/or employee at Michael Saunders and Company was like Cindy Schatzle, competitors could all close their doors.Her professionalism, caring attitude and continuous efforts on our behalf were all beyond reproach. As a matter of fact, my wife and I had to go down to Longboat earlier this week for something and we made a point of contacting Cindy and having lunch with her just so we could thank her again and reiterate to her that she was free to give anyone our names if they asked her for a reference before agreeing to have her represent them.From all that we have heard and from the two experiences we have had with Michael Saunders & Company, it is obvious that such attitudes and professionalism start at the top.

We worked with Heidi for over a year before closing on a home, so we got to know her quite well. When we first met Heidi, it was her character and genuine desire to help us that stood out, as well as her calm demeanor and attentive listening skills. She graciously made herself available to help us and responded to calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. Heidi quickly grasped our needs and desires and was patient when we were indecisive. In fact, Heidi would spend time talking with us and listening, which helped us in making decisions and narrowing our focus to find the right house. She patiently guided us through options of both resales and new construction and provided helpful information with every showing. She was always prepared with Mprintoutsuts on resale properties we viewed. She set up helpful MLS drips for us, and made prompt adjustments to the drips upon request. Heidi was persistent, and kept in touch with us in a kind and caring way, never coming across pushy. She respected and honored our price range. When we finally found the home we wanted to purchase, Heidi negotiated well and assured that the process to closing stayed on track. Throughout this experience, we know that Heidi always had our best interest in mind which earned our trust. Her skill and knowledge as an agent earned our respect and confidence.
