We have had many realtors in our home-buying years, but never one anything like Carol Ann Warr. From the day we met, she went above and beyond our wildest expectations of what a realtor should be/do. Carol Ann never strayed from our side on this crazy journey and literally held our hands while giving encouragement, as well as wonderful wisdom and advice. She never said “no” when we looked at a ridiculous property, but she steered us to homes she knew were more in line with our wants using the knowledge she garnered from us about the home we left in Fort Myers. Once we had the sales contract in hand, she found an excellent home inspector who discovered defects in the house that the seller had never mentioned. Carol Ann also had various tradespeople come to give estimates on work ranging from the roof to the pool cage and electrical. I had no idea realtors could be as thoughtful and thorough. She spoiled us, and we are forever in her debt. I cannot say enough about what an incredible asset Carol Ann is to your company (but I bet you already know that). We have sung her praises to many people in our new community, and when we are out and about, we never fail to let people know about Carol Ann and Michael Saunders & Company - with high recommendations. We have worked with Leo Roberts on 3 occasions. He is a professional and thoughtful person. Attentiveness to detail is essential for us in purchasing through time-sensitive ways. We rely on his judgment often not being physically in the property location. Leo has always met our expectations. We certainly will call him for our future business needs.

Charlie O’Donnell managed both our villa purchase and our condo sale in Venice, FL, this past summer. He is an extraordinary gentleman and a valued member of your team. His knowledge of real estate laws enables him to provide excellent advice and counsel. He promptly responds to all phone and text messages. His honesty and integrity make customers feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We did not realize how challenging the sales process could be, and we encountered many obstacles and delays caused by our banks. However, Charlie remained calm under pressure, advised us of necessary actions, and provided the support and knowledge needed to close the deals – all while maintaining a positive attitude throughout. There were times when I was in tears, and he provided the support I needed. We consider him to be an excellent advisor and consultant. Charlie consistently goes beyond expectations. Because we live in Michigan from April to November, Charlie volunteered to watch our new villa until we returned in late October. In selling the condo, we left many of the decorations thinking that the new owners would be happy to have them because they fit the space beautifully. Unfortunately, the new owners did not want the decorations and we had already returned to Michigan. Charlie took his personal time to pack and move these decorations to our villa. Charlie is a knowledgeable realtor, a true and honest gentleman, and we value his advice and friendship. His usual response to our gratitude is “Happy to Help.”

My husband Joseph and I want to thank Joseph Brown for helping us find our home. This was a big move for us from New York and we had little knowledge regarding the real estate market in SW Florida. Bernadette Caswell has been an EXEMPLARY agent during our recent experience. It has been proven that the selling and buying process is one of life's bigger stressors. Judy Wright was our agent for this recent home purchase. She spent over a week with my wife one home search trip to Sarasota, and several days with one or both of us on at least three other trips. Judy is an outstanding agent and an outstanding ambassador for Michael Saunders & Company. She is extremely professional, thorough, and courteous at all times – not to mention patient. She has been so helpful to us throughout this entire process. Even after closing the home, there was funding held in escrow to complete some repairs. Judy continued to assist us, diligently following up on contractor commitments and satisfactory completion. Kait is a FABULOUS realtor and a cut above!! Owning a staging company we have had the pleasure of working closely with Kait with her Sellers. I am extremely impressed with Kait's customer service, her honest caring about the welfare of her clients and her professionalism. I am especially impressed with the way Kait follows up on the even the smallest of details for her Sellers, never letting anything fall through the cracks.
