If you want results, you want Kathy Bergloff as your realtor. Our neighbor switched to Kathy after six months on the market and no sale, and his house sold within 3 days. We were in the same situation – six months and no offers – so we asked Kathy to take a look at our house and tell us what she thought. She told us several critical things we should do, and suggested we stage several key rooms. She said, "I can't see why this house wouldn't sell within three months." We listed it in late summer – not an ideal time to go back on the market – and immediately got a lot of interest, including a number of offers we chose not to accept. We received positive feedback from realtors and potential buyers who had seen the house before and could not believe the change. And as she predicted, our house sold in three months with two simultaneous offers from which to choose. Kathy is smart, very experienced, dedicated, and worked very hard to market our home. She's great with people. She developed relationships with people who came to open houses, learning their names and stories. She continually followed up with those who showed interest and came to other realtors' showings when she could to help present our home and answer questions. Kathy is a wonderful communicator, constantly keeping us in the loop up in Minnesota, without us having to call and pester. My 25-year-old son met her before we did when she walked through the home to take a look and said, "Mom, I think she's going to be good. She's really detailed and seems really determined. I think it might be good to have a woman realtor." She's also just a really kind human being. We also appreciated that a group of her Michael Saunders associates toured our home in a caravan after it was listed, giving us valuable feedback. The five-star "excellent" rating was made for realtors like Kathy Bergloff.

I had spoken with Kathy a few years back when she sold my neighbors home and when I was ready, I reached back out. As you know, Kathy has a great reputation in West Bradenton for good reason, she knows the important factors and guides you along the way with very honest feedback. I enjoyed working with her team, they were all professional and attentive.The only concern, negative was that unfortunately some of the realtors did not securely lock the home and/or leave it as they found it after showing. Nothing happened as a result, but that is an area of mention.Your company is so well regarded in our area, thanks to you, I will always consider recommending /referring and or utilizing your services in the future.

We first met Suki at an open house in the Breakers in July. Although that condo wasn’t quite what we needed, Suki was phenomenal in finding our dream spot! We knew the instant we met her that it was meant to be. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and tenacious! When we left that first visit with her, I told my husband, “ She’s the best realtor we have ever met, and I would love to work with her.” Within two weeks, she located the exact condo we were looking for. In addition, she worked diligently to make the deal happen. She provided amazing communication and support throughout this entire process. From the beginning to the end Lenore Treiman was there for me. Her advice proved accurate in every detail. We first visited the Sarasota area in 2015. We fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to spend more time on the west coast. We are both avid golfers and tennis players and happened to play golf at University Park. We thought that may be a great place to buy a house in the future. We rented in the park in 2016 for 3 months. We loved it. That’s when we decided to start looking at houses and find a realtor. Well, one day we were driving around the park and we saw a woman come walking out of a house we thought was for sale. We stopped, said hello, and introduced ourselves to Beth Ann! We rented for 3 months in 2017 and Beth Ann stayed in touch. As Paula and I moved from casual lookers to buyers, Beth Ann was always there to help us. She kept suggesting homes that suited our style, kept an active portal of choices for us to look at, and ultimately presented a house during one of our ‘conference calls’ in the fall of 2018 as we were preparing for another winter at the Park. Paula and I flew down to Sarasota in October and purchased our home! Now, why the long story: Beth Ann supported us every step of the way. She guided us through the process, as our trusted advisor, and we consider her our friend. You are lucky to have Beth Ann representing your company!
