I have dealings with realtors before and our experience with Janet has been outstanding far above my expectations.From the start of our search, Janet took the time to understand our goals, showed us what the greater Venice had to offer, and then began to show properties that fit.Janet was very sincere that and conveyed a personal association where Linda and I felt a building level of trust in her judgment.Janet took the time to find the right purchase and at no time tried to “sell” us on an adequate but not quite right property. She was just as forthcoming in pointing out the positives of a property as well as less desirable features. Very patient, never rushed us.Once we decided on Renaissance, Janet was involved in the negotiations on our side of the table taking the side of her buyers. Janet got involved with recommendations for insurance providers. Assisted with certain issues with the builder. Showed up for the walkthrough noting areas the builder needed to correct.To Linda and I Janet is the Michael Saunders agency and we are quite pleased with our experience and will not hesitate to recommend Janet to anyone who wants a higher level of a real estate professional.

Jane is phenomenal! Don't know how we could have done this without her help. Although we bought a relatively inexpensive property for the area, Jane's communications, attention to detail and advice made us feel like we were buying a $5 million waterfront property. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but her warm and friendly personality also makes you feel special. We purchased this property and closed all from our home in Illinois.s If it wasn't for Jane's personal inspection, advice and final walkthrough for us, it would've never happened. I doubt you could find a nicer, more qualified real estate agent!

Marilyn Vespoli went above and beyond to make sure our experience was effortless. She was there for us every step of the way to make our transition smooth. She made our needs made known to the seller who in turn fixed the things we needed in order to agree to buy. As we live in New Jersey most of the year, she acclimated us to the Florida home buying process from afar. The seller passed away in another state before our closing. This caused a potential delay in our closing 3 months away. Marilyn was on top of the legal proceeding that was occurring and kept us up to date. Our closing was delayed by 2 weeks because Jackie, a member of your team in the south Sarasota office, remained vigilant with the sellers' attorneys to expedite the closing. In short, kudos to these 2 ladies for their hard work and pleasantness.
