In particular, I cannot say enough good things about Patti Roper, my realtor. She went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of, from open houses to making sure everything was taken care of from the initial listing to the closing. I hope you realize how lucky you are to have her working for your business. Patti is the best realtor I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold many homes. It is our distinct pleasure to share our recent real estate experience with your agent Sherri Mills of your Longboat Key office. Over the past dozen or so years, we have had multiple real estate transactions. One in Illinois and two here in Sarasota including the most recent which Sherri managed. We want to thank Marcia and her husband Michael for showing us several properties and helping us find the ONE. They were so great to work with. They make a great team. Every question was answered. If they did not know the answer Marcia would get on her cell phone and find out immediately. Marcia was always available and handled every detail. The purchase of our new home could not have gone smoother. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I am a Michigan real estate developer and a licensed Michigan real estate broker. It just doesn't get any better than Deb O'Mara. We tried selling listing our house with an agent from another company before using Deb. Deb is extremely skillful, intelligent, communicated extremely well and is extremely hard-working. I'm convinced we wouldn't have sold the house without her. This was a very difficult sell for a number of reasons. She fought through the obstacles and got the job done. I have recommended her to others in the community. I really enjoyed working with her.

Magda Whelton listed our house in south Sarasota County in January of this year (2018). At this time we hoped that we could close the sale of our house in late March or April. We also expressed to Magda that we had an interest in buying a condo apartment in the Jacaranda Trace complex. What we had not counted on was the overwhelming competition from all the new developments in south county. Ms. Whelton's commitment to the marketing and selling our house was outstanding in this trying period. Her intelligence and knowledge of the market gave us confidence that a sale would occur. When we did settle on our house in July, she convinced the buyer to permit us to remain in the house for four days after settlement, a real blessing for two aging seniors. The purchase of the unit 3730 Cadbury Circle was uneventful until the afternoon of settlement. The seller was in Poland, had a faulty power of attorney and settlement could not happen. Magda got an agreement that we could occupy the unit until a settlement could happen (in late August). Throughout the entire process, it was clear that Madga knew what she was doing and looking out for our best interests.

My husband and I recently purchased a condo in the Plantation. Our agent was and still isAmy Wilson-Moghina. Amy was very professional and helped us immensely with our purchase.We were new to the whole process of purchasing a second home and Amy very patiently walkedus through it. Amy was always ready to show us listings that we were interested in andwas very organized with the showing schedules. When we had narrowed down our search and wereready to make an offer Amy had the paperwork drawn up immediately. While my husband and Iwere in Florida (we live in Michigan) for a week this past July to finalize the sale she made surethat the inspection could be completed when we were in town. That was hugely reassuring.The inspection company, Pillar to Post (Jason Burnside) was excellent, a great recommendation.Amy also introduced us to our MSC mortgage advisor, Lou Davis, another excellent resource for us.Lou was instrumental in helping us to complete the arduous task of mortgage approval. Amy has been kind enough to do a monthly check on the condo for us until we arrive in November.Her offer has given us added peace of mind. We are writing to express our tremendous pleasure with the real estate agent, Reatha Valera, who represented us in our recent purchase of a single-family home in Rotonda West, Florida. We purchased this home to be used as a vacation rental and to use ourselves as time avails.Reatha guided us through the entire process, from searching for houses from Montana to making the offer and closing the deal. We credit Reatha with a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience. She kept us apprised of the local real estate market trends and sent us listings in our price range, virtually every day. Additionally, pointing out the positives of each home, as well as, what might need some attention in the immediate or distant future. This went on for six months and when we came back down to Florida in June where we spent 5 fast and furious days, from morning till night, looking at properties until we found one and finally ended up closing at the end of August. Reatha faced each day with hustle and tenacity; determined to find us our dream home.We were in Montana for the inspection period and closing. Reatha took care of everything with great attention to detail; from meeting inspectors, tradesman and even found a mistake in the closing documents which saved us over $1,000.00. Over the years, she has built up a great network of professional connections in the real-estate business which made this go seamlessly easy.This is our sixth purchase of a property, and never had we had such a pleasurable experience. In our opinion, Reatha went above and beyond what any other real estate agent which we had ever worked with before. Reatha is savvy, personable and knows the market inside and out. We never could have gotten our dream home without her. This woman is self-motivated entrepreneur; which my husband and I now consider a friend.
