The expert knowledge, level of customer service, patience and ongoing support I received from Debbie Vogler during my recent experience buying my retirement home in Florida was above and beyond any customer's expectation. I had a very long list of search criteria and she helped me meet them all including a home located on the water with boating access, salt water pool, hot tub, large lanai with outdoor kitchen, southwest facing views, newer construction, three or more bedrooms, and a gated neighborhood with an activities director. Debbie's quick and ongoing communication made it possible for me to make an offer within 24 hours of a price drop on a home I was interested in and we were able to go under contract very quickly! Debbie truly hung in with me for over eight months even when she was out of town dealing with my long list of requirements, questions and expectations until I found the right property at the right price. She never tried to convince me to settle for less than my retirement house hunting expectations including supporting me through a creative negotiation process. Debbie has truly made a difference in my life moving forward into my retirement years by helping me find the perfect home!

I cannot speak highly enough of Tina and what a wonderful representative she is for Michael Saunders & Company. Tina’s professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer relations all add up to one fantastic sales agent. I have worked with a number of different agents, mostly in the New York and Westchester areas, and Tina is by far the best.
