Over the course of the last year, Tony has helped us find a gem of a mid-century modern home. Unfortunately, our jobs required us to relocate from Sarasota to Georgia. Since Tony made our buying a home such a pleasant experience we called him back to list the house. We were under contract in a matter of weeks and despite being out-of-state, we trusted Tony with our home. Tony is the fourth realtor I used over the years and he is, quite frankly, the very best. The other realtors I've used, in Savannah, did not have my best interests in mind. I was a sales ticket to them. I thought I was getting good service from them but after working with Tony I realized how poorly our previous realtors' service was to us the client. I will highlight the positive qualities Tony had with us:1. Trust. We trusted Tony with our home and our investment. 2. Behind the Scenes. Tony did so much behind the scenes, above and beyond what was required of a realtor's duties. This included assisting us with our home warranty issues, finding contractors and lawn services, assisting us with our a/c unit which went down while we were out of state, etc etc etc3. Customer Priority. Tony steered us in the right direction. He had our best interests at heart. We did not feel like a number but a high priority to him. 4. Honesty/Integrity. Tony has character, heart, and is a quality person. 5. Caring. We felt cared for working with Tony. We were fortunate to meet him and work with him. Thank you for allowing us to work with Tony.

Both Scott Johnston, as our buyer’s agent (and neighbor in Sarasota National) and Joanne Hammar, listing agent, were a pleasure to work with to complete our home purchase.We dealt mostly with Scott during our purchase. He was honest and sincerely interested in making this purchase smooth and trouble free. He succeeded. Since we live 1500 miles away, Scott was our eyes and ears during the process and kept us informed of every development. We received many emails from him keeping us up to date on attorneys, home inspections, closing procedures, and many other details.Joanne also answered questions we had. Amy Chapman is by far the most professional Real Estate person I have ever met. She is wellEducated in the field and has a great understanding of what people are looking for and what to present. Tara Lamb and Judy Greene were kind, courteous. and informative. They promptly answered questions and indicated areas that I should be aware of. In fact, they are currently handling the sale of my property at 1646 Starling Drive.

I am happy to send you a note and tell you how amazing, fantastic, professional, and willing Peter S and Doug F have been during this whole buying process.I can’t imagine that Michael Saunders & Company could have a better team of agents in your entire organization, both gentlemen went above and above and above and beyond throughout the whole process.Honestly, words cannot even come close to explaining the many (dozens) of things that both gentlemen have done to find the right house for my wife and I and to support us along the way.Peter “the saint” has the patience of Jobe, we put him through misery trying to find the right house after he showed us EVERYTHING in the community. I’m actually surprised he didn’t fire us as we spent over a year (close to 2 years) looking and really never finding the right house.We finally found our dream home, Peter and Doug were involved with everything making the process actually a pleasure.AFTER THE SALE, Peter and Doug have helped allow folks into the house, met gardeners, irrigators, found garbage pails for us, etc etc etc……I honestly can go on for hours. Moving back to Florida was a PROCESS for us! Mrs. Linda not only made the PROCESS bearable, but she also made the PROCESS happen! If it were not for her calm, cool, and collected manner of executing her major skills, we would have lost the deposit on the first home that we tried to purchase due to fault by our lender Wells Fargo. However, Mrs. Linda used her mad skills and experience to fight for us (without ever raising her voice). She helped us navigate a way out of the 2nd home that we tried to purchase when we discovered that it was in a flood zone after applying for the loan. In the end, she helped us negotiate a wonderful purchase price on the brand new home that we just purchased at 3803 Scrub Creek Run! Mrs. Linda is a jewel! She's an accomplished and experienced agent who goes above and beyond for her clients! I wish every home buyer had someone like her on their side!

It's impossible to imagine a real estate agent who could have been more helpful or suitable for my individual needs than Debra Pitell-Hauge. With her assistance, I have purchased three and sold two houses within the past eight years. It was this last sale and purchase that challenged both of us to our limits. The house I was selling had a contract that fell through due to unbelievably difficult and demanding Buyers. That resulted in further renovations before the house could be listed a second time, which then resulted in a sale. Simultaneously, I had to back out of a contract on the house I was trying to purchase when the Inspector found serious structural issues with which the owner refused to manage in a timely fashion. Through all of this, Debra was always there, advising the next step or course of action and offering comfort and encouragement when my spirits began to sag. I would highly recommend Debra Pitell-Hauge as a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful guide through the real estate process.
