We just wanted to say thank you. Our experience with Crystal Cosby was just wonderful. She was never pushy and never rushed us, even though our house hunt took many months and we even changed our criteria drastically toward the end! She looked out for us, two young naive new homeowners like she would have her own children, giving us honest and helpful advice and cautioning is against risky decisions when we ourselves would have rushed into something questionable. We will certainly be Michael Saunders & Company and Crystal Cosby clients for as long as we’re in Florida!

Jonnie Dwyer and Bryan Dwyer are both a delight to work with. Jonnie was extremely attentive to my every question, worry and need. She kept me updated on both how my property was coming along with potential customers, and she didn't stop searching until we found the perfect fit for my new home. I honestly think I would've gone a little crazy if it weren't for her! She made sure I was 100% comfortable with every aspect of both selling my house and buying a new one and didn't rest until I was completely at ease. She and her team definitely went above and beyond to make me feel secure in every aspect of this process. She has also been helping my daughter in selling her home and finding a villa close to me in the same neighborhood. We met Carol Thomas 10 Years ago when we were looking to move off Siesta Key Beach. She has gone over and above our standards to find us a house, off the key but close, so everyone could still enjoy our beautiful beaches. After looking daily for 3 months, she found us the PERFECT HOME. I knew it when we walked in, that she found everything we were looking for. We bought it that evening. We have been very satisfied with our home all these years, and Carol and I have remained good friends ever since.We are snowbirds, so we are only here in the winter mostly. Recently, my husband and I have had health problems, and we have decided to sell our beautiful home and downsize. Again, Carol has come to our rescue, as we didn't want to leave the area. She has found us a lovely villa, about a stone’s throw from our home.Carol Thomas has been on top of everything, in assisting us in every way, to get our home in great shape for sale and helping out to get us moved into our new villa. Debra came to us highly recommended and, after a bad experience with an agent from another agency, we were extremely impressed. When it came time to sell our home, we reached out to Debra as the only person we would trust with such an important decision. Kathy recently sold our house in Bradenton for us. This was the most recent of five sales or purchases in which Kathy has been our agent. Obviously, she has our confidence. She has also spent considerable time over the past 25 years showing homes to prospective employees of our practice in Bradenton. I view her as a valuable recruiting tool. Kathy is the consummate real estate professional. She knows what her clients want and needs even if they don’t. Her advice is sound and never self-serving. She is available 7 days a week and has a competent professional staff. I recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Our agent was Harvey Long, and our experience was very positive. Harvey was a great agent, and we feel that he went above and beyond what a typical agent might provide. Harvey did everything from assisting us with motel selection when we flew down to FL to look at properties to visiting the new build selected a number of times to provide us with updates on progress and to intervene on our behalf with the builder. He provided us with recreational information as well as recommendations on just about everything we would need. For weeks before our visit he carefully selected available properties for us to review online and made certain he didn’t waste our time with properties that did not meet our requirements or budget. Harvey was also the friendliest, most sociable guy we could have asked for and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He certainly looked out for us.
