Being a first time home buyer you have more questions than you have answers. It has truly been a pleasure working with David and he is truly an expert within his field. When we decided we wanted to sell our home, we did extensive research to find an agent with great reviews who we felt would work well with us. We narrowed it down to about 10 people and called all of them to discuss our situation. That narrowed our selection further, and we then had some come out to meet with us and walk through our home. Once we met David we knew right away he was the best. It really wasn't even close. He was the most prepared, the most knowledgeable, the most personable, the most professional, etc. It was important for us to find someone who wasn't pushy, and who genuinely cared about helping us in our situation. Someone that would work hard to help us sell our home fast for the best price we could get. David was all of this and more. He had great ideas for ways to make our home more marketable and guided us the whole way, always being very understanding and helpful. Once we listed our home with David, it was under contract the first week while other houses for sale in our subdivision have been on the market for months! It's not often you find someone this good at what they do who truly cares and is a good person. We feel very lucky to have found David and plan on working with him for all of our real estate needs going forward. He's hands down the best.

We had tried listing our house several years ago and had a negative experience. We met with David and after the initial meeting, we knew he was the realtor for us. He got started with the paperwork immediately and within a few days, our house was listed. Each day after the listing we had potential buyers looking at our house, and quickly (and I mean quickly) we got an offer that was perfect. Additionally, we used David to purchase our new home as well. He worked closely with us, spent time trying to understand what we truly wanted. He gave us tons of information about each house we visited (like the type and quality of siding, how long it might last, etc), so we could find the perfect home. He responded quickly to calls, texts and emails (seriously when does this guy ever sleep). If you want a realtor to find you your perfect house, be completely ethical and on your side, then David is the agent for you.

There are real estate agents that go through the motion, or try to do the least possible work they can for their client. That is NOT David. When he walked through my house for the first time, he was a fountain of knowledge about what sells, and why. He had a lot of ideas and suggestions; much more than any agent I have ever met. He also spent a lot of time going to the house on his own and making sure that everything was just right. In short, he was absolutely committed to providing the best service possible so that I could get the best price. He set up my house information on many websites and had an open house (I have sold several houses in the past- no agent ever bothered to do an open house before). Because of his efforts, I was able to sell my house for more than I thought I could, and more than comparable houses in the area. Last, David is very organized, and that has made the selling process as easy as it can be. I couldn't be happier with the process and the results!

David Mills was referred to me by a trusted realtor friend. I told her I wanted a professional who would sell my home quickly at the best possible price. David Mills greatly exceeded my expectations. My home was under contract the first day it was on the market. Much to my delight he negotiated a selling price above the listed price. David has an excellent knowledge of the selling process. He comes to appointments on time, dressed professionally, and prepared with the necessary paperwork. He's an excellent communicator who is courteous to everyone - the buyer's agent, the lenders, and myself. He maintained frequent contact keeping all parties informed of developments. David has to be the most helpful, knowledgeable, and through agent you will ever find. He sold my house in one day with 8 offers and also found me my new home. He is always responsive and had great advise on what I needed to do to prepare my home for sale. David also sold my daughter's home in record time. As soon as you meet David you will feel his professional, personable manner. I had a difficult house to sell, thank goodness David was my agent. I don't think I would have made it to closing without his expert help. He made himself available to me always. He is the most ethical and reliable person I have ever met!!!!
