My husband and I worked with David to sell our current home and buy our next. We interviewed another realtor first, but from the moment we met David, we both knew he was "the one". After a previous negative experience listing with another realtor several years ago in which our house did not sell, I was anxious and nervous about listing again, but I had no need to be. Our home had a showing the day that it listed and multiple showings in the days that followed. We were under contract with a buyer and under contract on our new home less than a week after our listing became active. We were buying in a hot sellers' market and had fierce competition with multiple other offers on the house we wanted, but David was persistent and worked late into the night negotiating on our behalf and we came out on top. Once I implemented his recommendations, my house was under contract in a matter of days! David is very knowledgeable about all things real estate, and he has proven to be a trusted professional. David Mills is OUTSTANDING! He is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn't a question he could not answer for us! He listened to us and tailored our search of properties based on what we were hoping to find. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. David is extremely Professional in all of his dealings. We enjoyed working with David. He did excellent marketing for our house, took some excellent pictures, been very proactive during Property appraisal etc., He is also very friendly, easily approachable and had answers to all of our questions. David is smart, courteous, hard-working and results oriented. My wife and I were both new to the area and had only a couple of weeks to find a home in time for our kids to start the new school year. On top of that, we could only look at houses on weekends. David made sure to make himself available and scheduled showings from morning to afternoon, spending even his birthday, as it turned out, driving us around. While looking at the homes, David gave us a lot of great tips on what to look for in a house and pointed out many important details. As a result, we got well acquainted with the local market and felt confident enough to place an offer within two weekends of starting the search. When putting together the offer, David did the due diligence to make sure we did not overpay, while giving us the best chance to get the home we wanted. Finally, David was impeccable at keeping the lines of communication open at all times, which was critical to making quick informed decisions. I would highly recommend David to anyone considering buying a home.

Individuals that you trust to help guide you through life's important decisions are not easy to find. I was one of the fortunate individuals to meet and work with Tina in the buying of my new home. What I discovered was Tina isn't a realtor who can help you buy or sell a house. Instead, Tina is an investor in people; investing in moving you through what could otherwise be a tough transition in your life. Her style was to work around my needs.
