For almost two years I had tried to buy the property at 939 Inlet Circle, Venice and was told it had been in the family since construction and would remain in the family. I understood and accepted that, however continued to ‘covet’ the old place. One day, on my daily walk by this house I spoke with a neighbor who gave me Michelle’s name. (coincidently Michelle had brokered this person’s home purchase) I immediately called Michelle and explained my love of and desire to own this house. Michelle contacted the owners and over a period of time skillfully negotiated an eventual purchase on my behalf. These negotiations were incredibly difficult with 3 siblings involved as well as 2 neighbors making offers on this unlisted property. I will be forever grateful to Michelle for making my dream home come true. As a former Real Estate Company owner, licensed for over 45 years (CCIM, CPM, CRB) I can especially appreciate Michelle’s wide range of skills that made this transaction possible.

I was absolutely thrilled with Lenore Treiman's handling of the sale of a Siesta Key condo, which was held in a family trust and which sold on May 1, 2018 for an excellent price. Ms. Treiman was top notch in all respects. She provided detailed information about the market that was helpful in setting a reasonable listing price. Her organization, time-management and communication skills were superb, particularly in light of the complexity of the trust, which involved trustees living abroad as well as in the U.S. Ms. Treiman communicated offers quickly and provided excellent advice about how best to respond. The closing proceeded smoothly in record time, without any glitches. We are all grateful to Ms. Treiman for her amazing work.

I cannot express in words how grateful we are for the relationship we have with our realtor. At first (many years ago) we met Judy Arreola and since we have done at least 4 purchases / sales. At that same time we met Kristina (Talkie) Waskom. Kristina has won our business forever. She goes above and beyond. Helpful in so many ways it's hard to see us working with anyone else. Ever!

Our search for our condo started with your Broker Associate Jo-Anne Sckowska, who happily took us to three of the four condos we looked at. Unfortunately, during our association with Jo-Anne her husband became hospitalized and I am so very sorry to say later passed away. Your Broker Associate Nell Taylor became our guide through the last condo, which was the one that appealed to us for a lot of reasons. Nell was amazing, we had several problems with the lock on the condo and Nell made herself available for us. She always answered our calls within a very short time and was the most pleasant about everything. Both Jo-Anne and Nell were knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable about all of the differences between where we live in Pennsylvania and Florida. We are so happy with our condo and where we are located in Venice.
