I am pleased to give positive feedback on my wonderful team of Jennifer/Makala/Carol who all took excellent care of me and my concerns. Jennifer did a great job of marketing my home and her team followed up with whatever was needed, being it flyers or "hand holding" through the tense moments it was always provided. I always felt I could be in touch at a moment's notice and that gave me confidence in what was happening. I felt fortunate that my friend in Conn who is in Real Estate with William Ravais found and recommended Jennifer highly after looking at his relocation network. I am getting settled in my new home in Georgia and happy to have this experience behind me. As easy as they made it was still daunting to be doing it on my own for the first time being newly widowed. Nora helped us manage a complicated and protracted sale of several adjoining properties on Siesta Key, known as Isle North. This process took place over two years as we built three new homes and sold two while under construction. Nora was available and responsive throughout what I can only describe at best as an arduous process secondary to ongoing disputes between us, our buyers and contractor My Green Buildings (MGB). Her calm demeanor, sage advice, integrity and competencies in both the art and science of real estate was exactly what we needed! Our positive experience with Nora led us to contract another sale with her, affectionately referred to as the French Lot also located on the Key. Deborah's professionalism - always with the personal touch - her communication skills and her unending work for and service to each of her buyers and sellers is truly exceptional. Even though the house I was selling and especially the condo I bought were far below her million-plus dollar properties, I feel I got the same exact service and commitment from her.Be assured that I will give the highest recommendation to all my friends for both Michael Saunders and Deborah O'Mara. My husband and I were very pleased with Jan Carper's and Sheryl Morris's excellent service, in our recent purchase of a condo at the Essex House, downtown Sarasota. They not only helped us find the unit and set a price for an offer (which was accepted in the first round), they also did some background introductions and referred us to a very good company to get a short-term mortgage for part of the price, made sure we had all documents and that items indicated in the inspection were addressed. In addition, they recommended the inspector who was timely, very thorough, and also very pleasant to work with. The process went smoothly, there were no glitches, we closed as planned, and in the final walk through found the unit clean and in good shape. They accompanied us at all key meetings, and provided good advice on the market generally, helping us learn what was available in relation to what we could afford and were looking for with location, view, and size.

We have indeed completed our purchase of a two-bedroom condominium on Longboat Key and want to extend our sincere thanks to your agent Sharon Freeman. It was a lucky phone call that put us in touch with Sharon and from that first contact to the closing, she proved to be an exemplary real estate professional. Sharon's extensive experience and knowledge of the local market were invaluable to us, as we had little background in the Longboat Key marketplace.
