We were non-residents trying to sell my mother's home. Mark was a Godsend. He came to the home and conducted an extensive on site evaluation. Within a few days he had produced an extensive market analysis showing us the comparable properties and prices in our area. He recommended the best price to sell the home for a timely sale. Throughout the selling process Mark was an invaluable resource for us every step of the way. He recommended various trade people to help us in cleaning out, painting, repairing, carpeting, and staging to make our home look its best. He was always there to answer our questions and help us to get our property sold. He also performed an extensive marketing campaign to show our home to the widest audience. We signed papers, left the state and escrow closed without a hitch, in 30 days. Even though we were out of state, everything was handled professionally, with great attention to detail and we never had to worry about a thing. Mark was terrific!

Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are a real estate team that exemplifies professional excellence. Not only were they detailed enough to cover every facet of the contract process in house at Michael Saunders and Company but also they offered additional services like staging and advice on how to promote our house to its fullest potential. The house was photographed so well it was purchased on the first day it was on the internet. Because of their diligence and dedication we were able to make a smooth transition between the two homes as they were both buying and selling agents for us. Eileen Gillen recently sold my mother's condo on Longboat Key. Because my mother is elderly and lives out of the area, I was the main contact person with Eileen throughout the process of signing the contract, preparing the condo for sale, and the marketing period. Although we clearly hired Eileen as an agent for business purposes, she instantly became a sincere and trusted friend. No matter what complicated problem came up, she was constantly there offering support and solving the problem. Sometimes I had to contact her by email or phone ten times a day and she always responded immediately. She voluntarily spent dozens of hours with me working on the clearing and clean out process. Really, there was nothing that she wouldn't do to help me and my mother. She sold the condo in record time at a very fair price with conditions that were beneficial to my mother. We felt extremely lucky that we were able to find Eileen and that she was there to guide us so expertly through what might have been a very rough process. Eileen, Thank you!

Cecile is not only an outstanding, knowledgeable agent, she is a caring, compassionate person as well. She was willing to go the extra mile when our non-profit organization experienced complicating factors in the sale of our property. She advocated for us, spent lots of extra time contacting other parties on our behalf, and was truly there for us over the long term. She really took care of us and make sure our interests were protected, and was available and responsive when we contacted her and always had time for us. I knew I wanted someone hardworking, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and Ashley is all of that! She was an amazing asset to have on our side when we bought our home on Siesta Key. She is extremely hard-working, knows the area, and wasn't afraid to ruffle a few feathers when a snag came up. She follows up, takes initiative, and answers her phone! I have just recently sold my home and purchased a new home with Linda's help. She has valuable experience in home sales in the area and helped us with a greatly with the question location and pricing of property. She is very detailed orientated and made sure we understood the details in reading of contracts for mortgages, insurance, etc. I highly recommend you consider Linda Thompson if you are buy or selling a home.
