In looking for a home, not just a house, Alison Elizalde out-performed! She was not only a delight to work with, and continues to help me, but is the ultimate professional. Alison was patient, kind, and extremely thorough. She made me look just beyond each and every one of my parameters to NAIL the ideal home for me! When I got antsy or anxious, she calmed me down (I needed it!), and reassured me that the perfect home would show up very soon. I come from a Realtor’s family and probably know just enough to be dangerous (did my own research, as well, but Alison was always a step ahead of me). Maurice, Linn and Linda of the Dunn team are exceptional! Everyone of them have different strengths, and they let each other exercise their strengths, and work together as a team. From open houses, brokers open houses, to brokers cocktail get togethers at our home job number one was to get our home sold. These people did in 90 days what the big name could not do in over a year. They paid attention to every detail, and went so far above what they said they would do, I was constantly amazed by the entire team. First you have Maurice, The Refined one, who always keeps his composure and I do not think has ever uttered a swear word. Then you have Linda who is always out shaking the bushes for a new listing or customer, or to get a listing or getting a home sold. Then you have Linn, The Negotiator, He is the one who makes reality happen. He knows what the home is worth and is going to get as close as possible for it, and at the same time tell you honestly exactly what his thoughts are with NO pressure. They should re-name their team to the DONE Team, because if they list your home they will get the job DONE quickly and efficiently, and with the least amount of stress on the seller. When you list your home with them you are actually getting a piece of them, they all work so diligently to get the job done, and finishing second is not an option with this team. Beside the fact that they are incredibly ethical, they are all wonderful human beings, and I consider them friends not just business associates. If you want to get the job DONE hire the Best , THE DUNN TEAM, you will NOT be sorry.

Linda was the perfect real estate agent for my transaction. I normally shy away from working with realtors but I was recommended to Linda and she was professional, detail oriented, listened and met my needs. I had not purchased a home on my own prior to this. She researched all aspects on an ongoing basis, gave me specific time lines and refered me to excellent competant people for everything from my loan to insurance and home inspection professionals.
