A family member met Joanne at an open house that she was hosting and recommended her to us. After one call to her, I was convinced she would be the realtor for us. Joanne always went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were given the right information to guide us through our house hunt. Her communication was prompt and professional. Buying a new home with Joanne was an extremely easy and very enjoyable experience. Her knowledge of her community and the surrounding areas was also very helpful to us. Most of all, Joanne is a great person with a wonderful personality. Far and away the best realtor in the St. Armands market. Our guesthouse was priced right and was under contract within a day or two, closing within a few weeks. Doug made sure every detail was attended to. Over the years we have recommended him many times.

After Jeff's tireless work and and energy we purchased a home with Jeff as our agent. As we had no knowledge of the Sarasota area, Jeff educated us as to the benefits of different neighborhoods, values and advantages of different lifestyles in these areas. Our home required extensive renovation, which is the path we chose to arrive at what we wanted in a neighborhood which we love. As we do not live locally, we asked Jeff to oversee the construction project. Once this project began we came to fully realize that Jeff's knowledge, of architectural/structural design in all aspects, was invaluable. Jeff not only helped to design the project, but oversaw all aspects - working with the general contractor and the subs. Therefore, his talent not only lies in finding the appropriate property (in our budget) but also oversaw completion of all aspects of the property's renovation. The completion of this home would not have been possible or as pleasing without Jeff's expertise.
