We met Stuart at an open house in May of 2017 when we were exploring homes, trying to decide on an area that we wanted to be in. Stuart's charming personality immidiately made us feel that we had found a broker that had our best interest at heart. We have been full circle with Stuart from the pros and cons of the different areas, to new construction vs resale, to the amenities and features of the neighborhoods we were considering, etc. Through the whole process, Stuart made it clear that our satisfaction and happiness was much more important to him than the sale itself. Selling my Sarasota home from the Boston area I assumed would be a nightmare, but Ellen Cotton of Michael Saunders & Company took care of everything. A little tender loving care to the yard, airing out the house and a write up that made me question if I wanted to sell, brought in a full asking price offer within hours!! I can't thank you enough.

After selling a property in the UK, I phoned Malihe Karimi and informed her that I would be interested in trading my first floor condo in Longboat Key for one on the bay on a higher floor. I cannot say enough about her knowledge of property values in the area and her ability to work with other realtors for the sale and purchase of my properties. Mary Jo and Stacy were exceptional agents in every way. We listed our property on Siesta Key in March 2016. Mary Jo and Stacy were helpful in helping us "stage" our home for sale; they made great effort to be present for every showing; held open houses; helped us to adjust to the market when our listing price required revision. They were always patient, informed and respectful of our wishes. We also worked with them to find another home and, again, they exceeded our expectations, patiently showing us many homes in different communities. Katy McBrayer is beyond outstanding! She is dedicated, taking my questions and concerns at all hours; knowledgeable both of the area the house is located and the SRQ market; and just a super sweet personality. She has done her homework so she knows what the home needs done to it, to best prepare it to sell plus she has connections with people who can get the job done promptly and at a reasonable price. I have to rate Katy five stars. She listened to what I wanted but also gave me a reality check as needed. She has done an amazing job selling two West-of-Trail homes for me. I have recommended her to friends who are in the market to buy or sell. We are living in our dream home on Manasota Key now, but should we ever decide to sell, Katy is our girl!

I am writing this note to let you know how wonderful Genny is and was during the preparation and sale of my home. I am a first time home seller and was at my wits end most of the time. Genny kept my calm, reassured me, answered all my questions and phoned me immediately, with a smile in her voice, if I had to leave a message. I just don't know what I'd do if it wasn't for Genny. When my husband passed away in August of 2017, I was thrown into a situation with so many decisions to make. One of those decisions was whether of not to sell my house. I just wanted to respond with a note concerning Carol Elliot who represented us during our recent home purchase. Carol did an outstanding job for us and we couldn't be more satisfied.
