On a scale of one to ten, our overall experience with Amy was a twelve. As Rachel told me many times when there were tasks to be completed, Amy was “on it”! We completed our visits to potential properties within two days and made an offer on day three. We were in St. Louis, Missouri during most of the time between making the offer and the closing. Amy helped keep the process moving forward smoothly and coordinated all of the inspections and follow-up. The owner of the house was out of the country on the day of close. Amy helped keep the Title Company representative from having a heart attack when a few details needed to be worked out with the owner on the other side of the planet. Over the years we have purchased several homes. This was the smoothest process we have experienced. Amy gets credit for that!

Jennifer Calenda managed our sale from the beginning to the end. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us on pricing, staging, etc. She was very transparent and clued us in on every detail. Recently we closed on a home owned by my late father in law. We came back to Michael Saunders, having sold our home two years prior. Originally we worked with Michael Hollenbeck and knew we had to ask for his help once again. Michael Saunders is so fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and personable sales associate representing their company. We consider Michael our friend. Michael goes out of his way to get the job done. Many times he negotiated for us and if things fell through he got right back out there and fought for our sale. We could not have sold this house without his assistance. If we had to sell a home today, we would go straight to Michael Hollenbeck. Michael I received your letter asking about our experience with the purchase of our Florida property. We used Sue Parr as our representative when looking for a place in Florida to spend our winters and I honestly can’t say enough about Sue. She was just so patient and cooperative with all are requests and just a genuine nice person to be with. She took the time to listen to our stories and to what we were hoping to buy in a budget that we could afford. She took us to places that met those requests and helped us to narrow our search. We narrowed it down to two places and we dragged her back to both places numerous times while we tried to make a decision and she was patient and helpful while we mulled over our options. We did finally make a decision and bought in Burnt Store Marina and Sue walked as threw every step of the transaction right down to the last day when we were supposed to close and got delayed for hours in traffic coming from Canada. Sue was there and did the closing and patiently waited for us to arrive and go over all the details with us. She gave us a package with helpful hints and info for Burnt Store and a hug. She has even checked in with us to see how we where making out with our new purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Sue whether it was for info or help or just to say hi. My wife and I are hoping to have Sue and her husband back for dinner someday. I would not hesitate recommending Sue and will be passing her name on to my friends that are looking in Punta Gorda area.

We wanted to share with you our experience recently with Maureen Horn and selling our condo on Longboat Key. Not only did Maureen list our condo but helped us in locating a home in University Park Club we now call home. Maureen helped us 5 years ago find the condo on LBK and, when we decided it was time for a single home, there was no doubt who we were going to call to list out condo and help us find the home we now had in mind. Maureen is so knowledgeable of the islands and Manatee/Sarasota Counties as well. She is professional, knows the real estate business and the “real” price points for the areas. Almost everyone thinks their home is the best one but Maureen comes prepared with the facts and figures of what homes/condos have sold for in your area. She is very considerate of your time. If we called and left a message she would always return our call within a reasonable amount of time. Never left us hanging. Maureen always made time for us - if we saw a home in the paper we wanted to see Maureen would arrange for that to happen and, arrange her schedule to be there with us. We had our Condo on the market for a little over a year with another realtor, who could not figure out why our unit had not sold. At our very first meeting (prior to having our listing), Gail Wittig came into our Condo and within seconds made an observation (that our unit appeared dark) and a suggestion (paint it a lighter, brighter color). We appreciated her candor and her experience prior to our listing with her. She was just as good after we listed. Her team, particularly Barbara Milian was great. They went above & beyond to make the process from pictures to closing go as smoothly as possible. After over a year on the market, we were so very happy to sell within a short period of time with the Addy & Wittig team.

Diana handled the selling of our home. She was incredibly professional and handled everything for us, even the details. She knew which photographer to use and which angles he should get in order to showcase our home properly on a multitude of websites. We had 4 offers within 36 hours! Even when negotiations got bumpy, she was grace under pressure. Diana anticipated issues before they materialized and moved quickly and seamlessly in order to make our transaction happen. She was also an excellent resource throughout our moving process. Diana was an absolute delight to work with and we would recommend her to anyone.
