Grace recently assisted us in the purchase of a condo on Venice Island. Cheryl has been with us on our house hunt for many years! Finally after 3 years we have purchased a home in Florida! We reside in PA. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in her profession. Kind, caring, and patient. She really takes into consideration what the buyer is looking for. She answers questions and if she doesn’t know she goes out of her way to find the answers. I met Tak when I worked as the receptionist for attorney Anne Weintraub. He definitely is one of the most caring, professional real estate agents I have had the opportunity to meet. He totally focus's in on every detail not only with his client but also the buyers and their agent to make sure all questions or concerns were well covered and taken care of to everyone's satisfaction. No doubt he deserves five stars !!
