My husband and I are contemplating a move to the Punta Gorda area in retirement in the next year. We picked Todd out on the internet and what a lucky pick it was! We spoke several times on the phone about our needs and interests and he began to work on putting together a day of homes to visit during a quick visit to the area. As soon as we met he and his wife we knew we were in the hands of friends. We spent a total day together and it was a wonderful experience. The properties they chose were targeted so beautifully for our needs, tastes and desires. He never pressured us and we felt he only had our best interests at heart. We told him we needed to be careful about this move because we did not have any friends in the area and he said that was not true. We had he and Erica.... and I believe he was sincere. We look forward to continuing to work with our new friends, Todd and Erica, as we begin to make plans to retire in Florida. I cannot recommend him highly enough! A wonderful realtor and a truly good man!!

June is an incredible agent! She helped us find our second home in Sarasota a few months back, and was responsive, patient, transparent, available, and a great listener. Once we narrowed down our range and location, June put together a list of properties to visit across our price range and led us through each property, allowing us to observe and draw our conclusions, offering only insights and questions we didn’t or couldn’t think of. She also went out of her way to reconnect with us or collect things we needed to give her for the purchase, and was so genuine and joyful with and for us after the deal was done. Kind, warm, helpful and always there to respond to questions via email, text or voice. We could never have asked for anything more. Highly recommend June Howell as an agent!

Julie was very easily one of the best realtors I’ve worked with. From the search to the closing date Julie always made me feel like her number one priority. I appreciate how hard Deborah worked to sell my Casey Key property and then how she took care of a difficult series of complex issues to get to closing. From the first phone call to closing day, it was a pleasure working with Sharon. We have moved several times, and Sharon by FAR has been the best Realtor we have EVER dealt with. She was so helpful to us both by phone and in person. I thought sending her 11 properties to see was a lot - the very first day she had 8 lined up to see. She knew we had limited time in FL and was accommodating to our schedule. She also sent us properties that she found that were in our price range and what we were looking for. Sharon never pressured us, she allowed us to make up our own mind and gave us good advice on properties. She was there at all times of the day to answer questions and responded to all inquiries quickly. Sharon gave us 100% and went above and beyond.
