I can't say enough about the outstanding service and professionalism of Gail, Ian and their amazing support team. I am an agent here in CA, so my expectations were quite high. I worked primarily with Gail, who felt like a friend by the time our escrow was complete. We had a few offers in the beginning that were just too low and she stepped up with a portion of her commission to pull it together. Fortunately, in the end, that was not necessary, but it spoke volumes to me about her commitment to getting my condo sold. We have bought several houses/investment properties in the past and I would rate Rudy as the best in the business. He worked hard to get us a fabulous deal on our Siesta Key condo. When I would have have just accepted the higher offer, he insisted that he could get a better deal. And he was right. Rudy is a fighter, a deal maker, and an overall nice guy. We bought our condo via the internet - hadn't seen it at all, but knew that Siesta Key was a hot market, and would make a terrific investment. Rudy was incredible in helping us realize our dream - we are so lucky to have found him. Oh yeah - after we bought the condo, he contacted us several times to offer his expertise on local contractors and condo improvements. He doesn't just dump you after he gets his commission, he truly cares.
