Nancie provided excellent service as a RE agent. She is very knowledgeable with the RE market in Sarasota, she made my wife & I feel very confident that we had a property that showed well and we shouldn't have any problem selling it. Proof in the pudding: our condo sold in only 3 days, taking alot of stress off of us! We highly recommend Nancie to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Sarasota area. Explained to Kristi what I was looking for any why and only had a week to look while on vacation . She really knew her market and inventory and knew where The value was. Showed me half a dozen homes and fell in love with number 1 showing. Kristi has a knack for seeing What could be and I’m glad we met . I will recommend her every opportunity That comes before me.

Alex was extremely diligent, professional and personal in his approach to us who he did not know before we met at an open house. We can not say enough good things about Debbie and Kristi. We purchased a second home in Anna Maria and Debbie and Kristi have been with us through it all. From being at our home to accept deliveries and coordinate other service providers, to storing packages in their personal homes, they were always willing to go the extra mile. Even after closing as we were working with the builder to resolve issues, they were always available to help out, keeping us informed through texts and pictures. Hands down the best service we have received from realtors and even better, two new friends in the area!
